With the continuous development of society, the pressure of human beings is increasing, and the problem of psychological counseling for school students is getting more and more serious, which has brought great challenges to the education and management of school students. Universities should cultivate students’ professional ability on knowledge and practical skills; we should pay more attention to their psychological counseling and develop and design a simple and efficient learning environment. It is very necessary to establish a psychological evaluation system for college students. This article is based on the design and application of the mobile education information system for psychological education. It highlights that the current psychological counseling problems in school education are indispensable. To better manage the psychological counseling problems faced by many students, 67% of the students have many psychological problems, and the mental health of students in school education and psychological counseling have become the common concern and urgent problems of all college managers. This paper uses the methods of literature research, behavior interview, and experimental investigation to investigate the complementary relationship between the connotation of education and psychological counseling from the data of the fuzzy integral model of psychological counseling, so as to pay more attention to the students’ mental health problems and make the students grow up healthily. The experimental results of this article show that there is still a lot of room for improvement in the use of mobile education information systems to improve their ability to carry out psychological counseling work.

The informatization of education is one of the priorities on the path to open education and is an indicator of the development of modern society. The use of information tools in education, including mobile technologies, creates conditions for the implementation of the educational process and ensures its continuity by integrating traditional and distance learning, which is especially relevant today, in quarantine times, when many educational institutions use distance or blended (combined) form of education. The aim of the article is to understand the notion of mobile education and its influence on current development of educational processes in higher educational institutions in Ukraine.

The research methodology includes methods of system analysis, synthesis, decision-making, multi-agent systems and situational modeling. Results of the work: 1) a systematic interpretation of the category "mobile training" is proposed, its "pros" and "cons" are classified; 2) an informological scheme and a methodological scheme of mobile training are proposed; 3) practical examples of training (on the example of training managers in the field of tourism) using the organization of modeling, independent work of students are considered; 4) shows examples of approaches to making team business decisions and conducting situational modeling; 5) a systemically significant conclusion was made that simple, auxiliary tasks and simple memorization of facts students transfer to independent work, freeing up time for creative cooperation.

The purpose of this literature-based study was to investigate the way in which psychological and disability perspectives, in a South African context, can be accommodated in the Framework for the Rational Analysis of Mobile Education model to promote inclusive approaches in mobile learning. This model aims to guide the way in which learning materials are designed to facilitate mobile learning effectively. This is important because mobile learning can enhance interaction in teaching and learning. The literature suggests that since psychological and disability perspectives have not been adequately dealt with in the model, two components should be added so that inclusivity, particularly in relation to students with different abilities, can be accommodated. Further research regarding disabilities and the use of mobile learning will help educators and higher education institutions to expand their capacity towards adopting these technologies.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between language teachers’ self-efficacy perceptions towards graphic development and their mobile education attitudes during the pandemic period. For this purpose, in working together, language teachers’ gender, year of birth, branch, seniority, the education level they teach, the province where they work, their education status, whether they have done any work on graphics, whether they have attended a course on graphic development, m-learning experience and distance were examined in terms of how often it included visual elements while creating their lessons in education and which tool was mostly used when teaching in mobile education. The sample of the study consists of 307 language teachers, selected by the snowball sampling method, working in schools in different provinces. The data of the study were obtained using the Information Form, Self- Efficacy Scale for Graphic Development and Mobile Education Attitude Scale. Arithmetic mean, percentage, frequency, reliability analysis, normality test and Pearson’s product-moment correlation coefficient analyses were used in the analysis of the data obtained. The mobile education attitude level of language teachers is ‘I am undecided’ and the level of self-efficacy is ‘I can do less’. As a result of the analysis, it has been shown that there is a low-level, positively significant relationship between the self-efficacy of language teachers in developing graphical elements and their mobile learning attitudes during the pandemic period.
