In order to cultivate children’s imagination and creativity in the cognitive process, combined with the traditional hand shadow game, a children’s gesture education game based on AI gesture recognition technology is designed and developed. The game uses unity development platform, with children’s digital gesture recognition as the content, designs and implements the basic functions involved in the game, including AI gesture recognition function, character animation function, interface interaction function, AR photo taking function and question answering system function. The game is finally released on the mobile terminal. Players can recognize gestures through mobile cameras, interact with virtual cartoon characters in the game, watch cartoon character animation, understand popular science knowledge, and complete the answers in the game. The educational games can better assist children to learn digital gestures, enrich children’s ways of cognition, expand children’s imagination, and let children learn easily with happy educational games.

When building the large-scale distributed decision control system based on mobile terminal devices (MTDs), electronic voting (E-voting) is a necessary technique to settle the dispute among parties. Due to the inherent insecurity of Internet, it is difficult for E-voting to attain complete fairness and robustness. In this study, we argue that Bitcoin blockchain offers better options for a more practical E-voting. We first present a coin mixing-based E-voting system model, which can cut off the relationship between the voter’s real identity and its Bitcoin address to achieve strong anonymity. Moreover, we devise a secret sharing-based E-voting protocol, which can prevent voting number from being leaked ahead and further realize strong robustness. We establish the probable security theory to prove its security. In addition, we use the experimental evaluation to demonstrate its efficiency.

A heterogeneous wireless network needs to maintain seamless mobility and service continuity; for this reason, we have proposed an approach based on the combination of particle swarm optimization (PSO) and an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) to forecast a handover during a movement of a mobile terminal from a serving base station to target base station. Additionally, the handover decision is made by considering several parameters, such as peak data rate, latency, packet loss, and power consumption, to select the best network for handover from an LTE to an LTE-A network. The performance efficiency of the new hybrid approach is determined by computing different statistical parameters, such as root mean square error (RMSE), coefficient of determination (R2), mean square error (MSE), and error standard deviation (StD). The execution of the proposed approach has been performed using MATLAB software. The simulation results show that the hybrid PSO-ANFIS model has better performance than other approaches in terms of prediction accuracy and reduction of handover latency and the power consumption in the network.

At present, the fast-paced work and life make people under great pressure, and people’s enthusiasm for fitness is getting higher and higher, which is in contradiction with the shortage of existing stadiums. So it is considerably significant to open shared stadiums near where citizens live for booking. Therefore, how to allow citizens to book a suitable stadium according to their own needs through mobile phones or computers is an urgent problem to be solved. The booking of the shared stadium can be regarded as a mobile edge computing (MEC) scenario, and the problem can be transformed into task scheduling research under MEC through intelligent scheduling method. When using edge computing (EC) technology for service calculation, the mobile terminal needs to offload the service to the edge computing server. After the server completes the calculation, the calculation results will be sent back to the mobile terminal. Therefore, the calculation time and system energy consumption in the calculation process can be further reduced through task scheduling to improve user satisfaction. In this study, joint scheduling of service caching and task algorithm is proposed to reduce the latency of booking shared stadium request and improve user experience. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm with edge cooperation idea can achieve lower average system latency at lower load level and can significantly reduce the cloud offloading ratio under low and middle pressure. In addition, the proposed algorithm uses the secondary transfer of more tasks to reduce the pressure of local task running. Finally, the quality of experience (QoE) satisfaction rate under low pressure is guaranteed.

The quality of English teaching cannot be separated from the students’s accumulation and mastery of vocabulary, and sufficient vocabulary can ensure that students feel easy and comfortable in the language application. However, there are still some problems in teaching English vocabulary in colleges and universities, such as single presentation method, lack of real context, and other difficulties. With the rapid development of mobile Internet, the share of smart mobile devices among college students has increased, which in turn has laid the foundation for the development of new learning modes. The mobile terminal-mediated learning mode in English classroom teaching has become a hot topic of research nowadays, of which English vocabulary teaching has become a typical example. This paper is designed as a system model of edge computing, in which the user terminal device can connect wirelessly with each MECS and offload the tasks to be processed on the MECS, which helps the user terminal device to process and return the results to the user terminal device. The research in this paper also provides a basis for students’ independent and lifelong learning of English words and for schools’ information technology to serve English vocabulary teaching and learning.

Abstract With the rapid development of Internet and electronic technology, the Internet of things (hereinafter referred to as IOT) has become an important way of many intelligent devices, which can improve people’s application of intelligent devices. Through the IOT, we can carry out the research on the centralized monitoring system of central air conditioning [1]. Through the IOT, we can realize the IOT of indoor and outdoor units of central air conditioning, which can realize the important application of practical engineering projects. Through fuzzy algorithm, this paper can improve the overall improvement of the project. Through the cooperation of MCU and GPRS module, we can complete the wireless transmission of data., This can realize computer terminal monitoring and mobile terminal monitoring. Through engineering application, we can realize the automation and information integration of system monitoring, which will greatly improve the monitoring efficiency. Through the development of acquisition device, we can improve the comfort and security of central air conditioning, which will enhance the communication between the physical equipment of the system and the upper server network. Firstly, this paper analyzes the flow of fuzzy PID algorithm. Then, this paper specifies the system diagram of the central air conditioning control acquisition system [2]. Finally, this paper puts forward the important work of system acquisition.

Abstract As a public service enterprise related to energy security and national economy and people’s livelihood, the safe work is related to all walks of life and thousands of households. In power scenarios, the remote cooperative guidance needs to ensure the security of data communication. The implementation method of remote cooperative guidance in power scenarios based on hardware security encryption realizes the functions of terminal registration, user online and offline management, message call, control signaling negotiation, audio and video real-time call, graphic guidance and target tracking and labeling. Configuration TF card encryption at the mobile terminal chip and video server configuration high speed encryption card, WIFI / 4 g wireless networks to establish encryption channel, remote collaborative guidance terminal power scene registration messages, messages, call, and by guiding and structured data security encryption transmission, the unstructured data such as audio stream and video stream is encrypted. It not only realizes the secure encryption of message communication, but also guarantees the high-speed transmission of audio and video streams.
