The establishment of FCEV finite element model of the subframe is based on Hypermesh platform, and a new subframe structure is designed in accordance with the stiffness and strength analysis on the original subframe in all conditions. High-strength steel materials are used to optimize the design of this new structure, which result in the optimal size. Through the comparative analysis of the strength, stiffness, mode shape and quality on new subframe and the original one, it is verified that the design of the new subframe is reasonable and feasible.

The UG model and finite element model of FCEV subframe are established, and original subframe is simulated in all kinds of ADAMS environment, which result in the force of the conditions obtained. Then the virtual model is build, stiffness and strength analysis are conducted, and a new type of subframe structure is designed based on the analysis results. Magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy are used in optimization of this new structure for the optimal size. Through the comparative analysis on strength, stiffness, mode shape and quality of the new subframe and the original one, it was verified that the new subframe design is reasonable and feasible.

Prefabrication of composites beam reduces the construction time and makes them easily to be assembled, deconstructed, and partially repaired. The use of high-strength frictional bolt shear connectors can greatly enhance the sustainability of infrastructure. However, researches about the concrete-steel friction behavior are very limited. To provide a contribution to this area, 21 tests were conducted to measure the friction coefficient and slip stiffness with different concrete strength, steel strength, and surface treatment of steel. An effective finite element model was developed to investigate the ultimate bearing capacity and load-slip characteristics of bolt shear connection. The accuracy of the proposed finite element model is validated by the tests in this paper. The results demonstrate a positive correlation between concrete strength and friction coefficient and better performance of shot-blasted steel. It is also proved that high-strength frictional bolt has a 30% lower bearing capacity but better strength reserve and antiuplifting than the headed stud.

Based on studying the existing electric wheelchairs for disabled are not well adapted to a variety of road conditions, broken through the structure of traditional wheelchairs, a design proposal that can make electric wheelchair achieve the function of climbing stairs and walking was putted forward and a novel mechanism was designed. The mechanism can make the crawler chassis and the wheels of wheelchair switch when needed, and make the wheelchair travel freely and flexible on the ground or on the stairs. The finite element model of the mechanism was built, and the strength analysis was carried out. The strength analysis provide the theoretical basis for the prototype manufacture.

This paper firstly studied the structure of front longitudinal, then reviewing comprehensive literature draw the similarity of collision of the thin-walled tube and front longitudinal,finally ensure the study of collision of the thin-walled tube. And establishing three kinds of thin-walled welded rectangular beam finite element model of spot welding, seam welding and laser welding, arrive a more superior technology through researching and analyzing the model.
