Now the coal mine gas risk index and evaluation system has a lot of deficiency. The paper establishes a coal mine gas risk index system and explains the meaning of each index on the basis of analysis of gas accident for recent years. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has become an effective and popular method, so the paper evaluates the coal mine gas accident risk using fuzzy mathematical safety evaluation, and takes this method in six mines of one group, at last the paper provides some suggestions for this method

Gas accident is one of the most common accidents in coal mine in china. This paper argues that the gas dangerousness is determined by many factors which are difficult to quantitative risk, and deems these factors are quantified and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, comprehensive evaluation, which are benefit evaluation and master the coal mine’s gas safety level, and determine the safety investment direction and improve the benefit of safety investment that will reduce the coal mine gas occurrence probability, so as to reduce and avoid the happening of coal mine gas accident. The basic steps: first, to analyze and master all kinds of gas accident reasons; Second, to determine the assemble of the gas risk factors evaluation, determine the evaluation grade assemble; Third, to proceed the single factor evaluation, determine fuzzy relationship matrix and the fuzzy weight vector of evaluation factor, and to choose the appropriate composition operator, vector analysis with the result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; Finally, people will take corresponding measures to prevent according to the result of evaluation that shows safety weaknesses.

First, the index system is established for coal mine safety evaluation according to the influencing factors of coal mine safety. Then, weights of mine safety estimation factor is determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Last,mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is set up for coal mine based on fuzzy theory and used to safety evaluation of a state-owned coalmine . The researched index system is feasible and effective; weights of mine safety estimation factor are responsed through this index system which can be used widely in the coal mine safety evaluation and administrative decision.

Forecasting and evaluating the safety of mine main ventilator are helpful to prevent mine ventilation safety accidents from happening. First, on the basis of collecting and analyzing a large quantity of fault information of main ventilator in the nationwide coal mine, the index system was established for safety evaluation of coal mine ventilator. Second, the remark set was set up. Then, weights of safety estimation index of mine main ventilator was determined by using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). With the experts grading method, single-factor matrix of fuzzy evaluation was established. Last, mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was settled for mine main ventilator based on fuzzy theory and used to evaluate the safety of the coal mine main ventilator. The current safety assessment level of coal mine ventilator is “basically safe” and the result can be used to make decisions.

The operating environment of polyethylene (PE) gas pipeline is complex and changeable. In the process of pipeline design, construction and operation, there are many fuzzy factors inducing pipeline accidents. In the paper, the fuzzy factors causing pipeline accidents were studied and analyzed, and the risk evaluation factors of PE gas pipeline were determined. According to the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for PE pipeline was established. In order to pursue as much accurate results of assessment as possible, the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index. The safety evaluation grade of the pipeline was given by using the risk matrix method. And then the evaluation system software of PE gas pipeline risk assessment was developed. The software has been used in the risk inspection of PE gas pipeline, which provides the basis for the risk management of the pipeline.

Mine is a high-risk industry and the security will have a direct impact on its reputation, economic and employees survival. In recent years, frequent coal mine accidents have caused enormous social and economic losses. Conducted scientifically and systematically, safety can eliminate harmful risk factors, reduce the occurrence of the accident and improve the security of enterprise management level. So, it is especially important to safety evaluation for the coal industry. There are many risk factors in the production process of coal mine and the factors analysis is the premise of safety evaluation. Researchers evaluated the safety status of mine by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation measure. The study was discussed on the main five factors, including personnel of condition, environmental factors, security management, coal comprehensive conditions and emergency rescue system. Establishing eighteen single factor index layer and getting the index weight values by fuzzy analytic hierarchy. Using the expert evaluation method for the 18 single factors and drawing their membership vector. Finally, combing the evaluation index and weights, it can get a general level to a coal mine in Heilongjiang by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, analyzing the practical of this method and give some advises to these analysis results.
