Coal and gas outburst is an extremely complex and serious gas dynamic phenomenon. Therefore, building an early warning system based on computer system, safety monitoring systems of coal mines and local area network is a precondition for effectively preventing coal and gas outburst. Combining the hardware conditions, organization management structures and characteristics of preventing outburst technology systems, this paper discusses the principle, logic structure and implementation process of gas outburst warning, devises the software and hardware structure of the warning system and therefore offers theoretical thought and methods for the forecasting of coal and gas outburst.

In order to further strengthen the prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in Xinjing Coal Mine, the online comprehensive analysis and early warning index system and rules of coal and gas outburst suitable for Xinjing Coal Mine were studied. Based on the corresponding early warning computer system and guarantee mechanism, a comprehensive early warning system for coal and gas outbursts in Xinjing Coal Mine was established, realizing real-time intelligent early warning of outburst dangers in working faces. The system realizes the standardization and dynamic management of outburst prevention information at the working face, as well as the real-time dynamic update and sharing of outburst prevention information, which improves the efficiency of mine outburst prevention management and the level of mine safety. The actual application of the system in Xinjing Coal Mine shows that the system can provide an effective reference for the comprehensive early warning of outbursts in other outburst mines of Yangquan Coal Industry Group.

Coal and gas outburst is one of the major disasters in the safety production of coal mine. According to the mechanism of coal and gas outburst, based on the comprehensive analysis of various influencing factors of coal and gas outburst, with the principles of selected early warning indicator, the basic information database of coal and gas outburst warning is constructed, and the information data query function is realized. The mathematical model of coal and gas outburst warning is established by the logistic regression analysis based on the gas concentration, the gas desorption index of drill cuttings, and the initial velocity of gas emission from the borehole. The multivariate information coupled warning was conducted according to the selected early warning indicator system, and the early warning level was divided with the result of early warning. The design and research of the coal and gas outburst warning system are carried out based on the geographic information system (GIS). The coal and gas outburst warning system was verified by taking the Tunliu mine of Lu’an Group as an example. The establishment of the early warning system is a new technical way to the early warning management of coal and gas outburst and can provide a guarantee for coal and gas outburst prevention.

This study aims at investigating the implementation process of electronic network systems in Japanese large firms, focusing on the innovativeness among industries to which firms belong. The electronic network systems such as Local Area Network (LAN) have spread rapidly during last several years. Accordingly, many firms in Japan have introduced them in their organizations. After the advent of the computer invention, computer and telecommunications technologies have merged into information technology, making a remarkable progress constantly for several decades. The electronic network systems are a kind of information technology, going back to 1950s when data communications systems were first developed. In the beginning were these systems managed by professional people. However, due to the rapid progress of the information technology, even untrained people who have no specific knowledge about IT or do not belong to the IT section have been able to use the electronic network systems in business organizations since the late 1980s. In addition, especially with the appearance of multimedia systems and the expansion of the usage of Internet, many organizations have begun introducing electronic network systems since 1990s. For this study, we sent questionnaires in 1996 to Japanese large firms in which they employed more than 1000 people. Based on the results and the interviews made in connection with this research work, we analyze first the state of the introduction of the electronic network systems, focusing on the innovativeness of firms. Next, we examine why the electronic network systems have come into wide use among Japanese large firms.

The unattended electromechanical equipments are widely distributed in the harsh environment, which makes it difficult to construct the monitoring system. Therefore, this paper proposes a solution of the remote monitoring system based on Internet, which applies the VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) technology in constructing the network. The network microprocessor STM32F107 is adopted to design a low-cost remote information terminal. The system software is designed based on B/S (Browser/Server) architecture by ASP (Active Server Page) technology, which implements SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) and pre-warning system for the unattended electromechanical equipments. The application shows that the system is stable, reliable and worth popularizing.

The geological structure of coal mines has always been a dangerous object of attention in coal mine outburst prevention work. In order to realize coal mine safety information management and early warning of gas disasters, comprehensive use of gas geological theory, coal mine disaster warning theory, computer information technology and other analysis methods, considering the influence of geological structure, coal seam occurrence parameters, and gas parameters, an early warning indicator system for identifying the risk of coal and gas outbursts reflecting the geological characteristics of gas has been constructed. The coal and gas outburst risk identification and early warning system is constructed using the principle of multi-index step-by-step identification and extreme value determination, and it is applied on-site in the 3303 Measure Lane in the East Shaft Area of Sihe Mine. The research results show that the constructed early warning system can provide accurate early warning for the area (belt) affected by the geological structure by 10m, and can provide accurate early warning of coal and gas outbursts based on the outburst signs of gas geology such as the thickness of soft layers and changes in coal seam thickness. This technology provides effective support for coal mines to effectively prevent gas disasters and ensure coal mine production safety.
