The purpose is to solve the problems of sparse data information, low recommendation precision and recall rate and cold start of the current tourism personalized recommendation system. First, a context based personalized recommendation model (CPRM) is established by using the labeled-LDA (Labeled Latent Dirichlet Allocation) algorithm. The precision and recall of interest point recommendation are improved by mining the context information in unstructured text. Then, the interest point recommendation framework based on convolutional neural network (IPRC) is established. The semantic and emotional information in the comment text is extracted to identify user preferences, and the score of interest points in the target location is predicted combined with the influence factors of geographical location. Finally, real datasets are adopted to evaluate the recommendation precision and recall of the above two models and their performance of solving the cold start problem.

Metals and metalloids accumulate in soil, which not only leads to soil degradation and crop yield reduction but also poses hazards to human health. Commonly, source apportionment methods generate an overall relationship between sources and elements and, thus, lack the ability to capture important geographical variations of pollution sources. The present work uses a dataset collected by intensive sampling (1848 topsoil samples containing the metals Cd, Hg, Cr, Pb, and a metalloid of As) in the Shanghai study area and proposes a synthetic approach to source apportionment in the condition of spatial heterogeneity (non-stationarity) through the integration of absolute principal component scores with geographically weighted regression (APCA-GWR). The results showed that three main sources were detected by the APCA, i.e., natural sources, such as alluvial soil materials; agricultural activities, especially the overuse of phosphate fertilizer; and atmospheric deposition pollution from industry coal combustion and transportation activities. APCA-GWR provided more accurate and site-specific pollution source information than the mainstream APCA-MLR, which was verified by higher R2, lower AIC values, and non-spatial autocorrelation of residuals. According to APCA-GWR, natural sources were responsible for As and Cr accumulation in the northern mainland and Pb accumulation in the southern and northern mainland. Atmospheric deposition was the main source of Hg in the entire study area and Pb in the eastern mainland and Chongming Island. Agricultural activities, especially the overuse of phosphate fertilizer, were the main source of Cd across the study area and of As and Cr in the southern regions of the mainland and the middle of Chongming Island. In summary, this study highlights the use of a synthetic APCA-GWR model to efficiently handle source apportionment issues with spatial heterogeneity, which can provide more accurate and specific pollution source information and better references for pollution prevention and human health protection.

The Internet’s emergence as a global communication medium has dramatically expanded the volume of content that is freely accessible. Through using this information, open-source intelligence (OSINT) seeks to meet basic intelligence requirements. Although open-source information has historically been synonymous with strategic intelligence, today’s consumers range from governments to corporations to everyday people. This paper aimed to describe open-source intelligence and to show how to use a few OSINT resources. In this article, OSINT (a combination of public information, social engineering, open-source information, and internet information) was examined to define the present situation further, and suggestions were made as to what could happen in the future. OSINT is gaining prominence, and its application is spreading into different areas. The primary difficulty with OSINT is separating relevant bits from large volumes of details. Thus, this paper proposed and illustrated three OSINT alternatives, demonstrating their existence and distinguishing characteristics. The solution analysis took the form of a presentation evaluation, during which the usage and effects of selected OSINT solutions were reported and observed. The paper’s results demonstrate the breadth and dispersion of OSINT solutions. The mechanism by which OSINT data searches are returned varies greatly between solutions. Combining data from numerous OSINT solutions to produce a detailed summary and interpretation involves work and the use of multiple disjointed solutions, both of which are manual. Visualization of results is anticipated to be a potential theme in the production of OSINT solutions. Individuals’ data search and analysis abilities are another trend worth following, whether to optimize the productivity of currently accessible OSINT solutions or to create more advanced OSINT solutions in the future.

Understanding all the possibilities of environmentally oriented landscape planning will contribute to the effective environmental planning of the territory and nature management in general. Accordingly, the purpose of the study was to investigate the experience of the European countries towards the introduction of an effective system of environmentally oriented landscape planning and improvement of territories, as well as their protection. For this purpose, it is necessary to comprehensively study the strengths and weaknesses of existing developments in the field of environmentally oriented landscape planning in Europe. An analysis of the best practices of environmentally oriented landscape planning in such countries as Great Britain, France, Germany, the Netherlands, etc. has been conducted. The findings allowed to state that the effectiveness of development and implementation of substantial planning for landscape design depends not only on the volume and depth of research, but to a very large extent from their reasonable and productive organisation. The paper summarises that in environmentally oriented landscape planning, it is first necessary to determine the reasons for planning. Before choosing the object and territory of planning, it is necessary to find out: who are the potential customers and investors – their goals and motivation; what are the problem situations and conflicts in nature management in the area; what is the practical use of the results of landscape planning; the purpose of the territory, including cartographic; the availability of source information, and more. And then make decisions regarding the stages of landscape planning, taking into account the environmental component and, accordingly, the implementation of the idea of landscape planning.

Citrus Huanglongbing (HLB), also named citrus greening disease, occurs worldwide and is known as a citrus cancer without an effective treatment. The symptoms of HLB are similar to those of nutritional deficiency or other disease. The methods based on single-source information, such as RGB images or hyperspectral data, are not able to achieve great detection performance. In this study, a multi-modal feature fusion network, combining a RGB image network and hyperspectral band extraction network, was proposed to recognize HLB from four categories (HLB, suspected HLB, Zn-deficient, and healthy). Three contributions including a dimension-reduction scheme for hyperspectral data based on a soft attention mechanism, a feature fusion proposal based on a bilinear fusion method, and auxiliary classifiers to extract more useful information are introduced in this manuscript. The multi-modal feature fusion network can effectively classify the above four types of citrus leaves and is better than single-modal classifiers. In experiments, the highest accuracy of multi-modal network recognition was 97.89% when the amount of data was not very abundant (1,325 images of the four aforementioned types and 1,325 pieces of hyperspectral data), while the single-modal network with RGB images only achieved 87.98% recognition and the single-modal network using hyperspectral information only 89%. Results show that the proposed multi-modal network implementing the concept of multi-source information fusion provides a better way to detect citrus HLB and citrus deficiency.
