In recent years, cloud computing technology has become the most popular field in IT industry, and it has changed the traditional IT technical architecture, development and deployment model in enterprise. Existing cloud management platforms tend to focus only on a single-level resources management, lack of a management platform that combines infrastructure resources, application platform deployment and monitoring services. This paper has designed a deployment-architecture that supports application platform in multi-cloud environment. It helps users deploy the required platform dynamically via self-help tool, frees users from infrastructure management, and provides common and inheritable deployment architecture for infrastructure environment.

Cloud computing technology created a brand new approach for further information resources management and utilization. Based on exploring characteristics and applications of cloud computing technology, the study in this paper is focused on cloud service with information resources. The aim of this study is to construct a cloud service model, namely Information Resource as a Service (IRaaS). Our model depicts the components of IRaaS and relationships among those components, which builds up a prime foundation for further studying on both information resource management and service.

In order to strengthen informatization for forest fire emergency resources management, a framework of resource integration and information sharing was put forward. The construction goal, software and hardware structure and its function, emergency platform cantacting with other government and information update process were researched. Forest fire emergency resources in departments of interconnection and interflow, information sharing and emergency linkage were achieved.

With the fast propulsion of the informatization, a large base of semi-structured XBRL data and structured financial data have been accumulated in various business activities, including production, commercial management, transaction, government supervising and administrating, which is ever-increasing with a relatively large-scale. These huge amounts of business data surely will be distributed on the cloud in the future. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to solve this common challenging problem of how to share the huge number of structured financial data and semi-structured XBRL data. Combining the related cloud computing technology with the XBRL technology, a technical architecture and implementation of semi-structured XBRL data and structured data exchange system based on Hadoop cluster is proposed in this study. The technical architecture has certain engineering value and theoretic significance in the area of big data processing and sharing.
