To establish the evaluation model of the garment fabric, the method of fuzzy system theory was used to value the the mechanical properties of one bias cut garment’s the fabric and improved gray correlation degree analysis was used to calculate the weight of each properties index. The subjective judgment on fabric was quantitatively processed, which further refine the complex optimal selection of fabric problem and provided a new way for the optimization of garment fabrics.

According to the characteristics of resource allocation for engineering construction programme, the comprehensive evaluation model of resource allocation rationality for programme is established with the combination of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The rationality of resource allocation for programme is evaluated objectively based on the assessment of correlation degree between monomer project and the programme and the evaluation of resource allocation rationality for monomer projects. And the evaluation results have been analyzed and sorted through the principle of weighted average.

Traditional project evaluation and optimal selection based on multi-objective programming and Delphi is highly dependent on subjective cognition, difficult to define weighted coefficient and without considering the uncertainty of the indexes. To solve these problems, this paper builds a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the evaluation and optimal selection of diversion tunnels construction simulation schemes, and unites entropy weight and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to calculate composite index weights. Through the comprehensive evaluation in a real-life diversion tunnels, this method is proved advanced and intuitive for giving objective evaluations and providing optimization suggestions for program development.

AbstractThe selection of basketball players should highlight their specific characteristics and proceed according to the essential laws of basketball. When the acquired training level becomes closer and closer, and is more and more conducive to the control of the entire training and competition, the selection of the standard paradigm of basketball players plays a key role. At present, the existing evaluation methods of basketball players are limited to the human experience of coaches, and there is a lack of further information evaluation methods. This article discusses a new type of basketball player evaluation scheme that combines wireless network and machine learning methods. First, the wireless sensor network is used to perceive basketball players' performance on the court and record various evaluation indicators. Secondly, establish a player value evaluation model through improved Bayesian algorithm and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods. Finally, after relevant tests and comparisons with the coaches' results, the model showed better evaluation results and a fairer value distribution.

Problems on resource and environment are found through the analysis of traditional stamping process. The theory of variation weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is introduced and the evaluation model has been built. Then the weight-constant and weight-variation fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods are used to evaluate the selection of punching machines. The conclusion proves that the variation weight makes the evaluation more scientific and accurate.

Construct the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model on geological exploration project supervision index system, and be able to provide reference for geological and mineral exploration relating departments to make decisions. The comprehensive evaluation model is proven to be effective by analyzing some index selection solutions. Apply fuzzy comprehensive evaluation (FCE) method to the selection of geological exploration project supervision indexes, analyze the weights of the various factors which affect the indexes first, then perform fuzzy comprehensive evaluating on the indexes to be determined, and finally classify the evaluated objects and select corresponding indexes according to evaluation results. The method resolves the issues of strong subjectivity and results lacking of quantization which are caused by selecting indexes by simple analogy, and has higher scientificity and practical values.

Logistics supplier selection is the source of wind power manufactures enterprise product quality assurance,while the evaluation and selection of suppliers are affected by a number of uncertainty factors. In order to be more accurate and comprehensive evaluate the logistics supplier of wind power manufactures enterprise, a set of vendor evaluation index system is established in this paper. For the status quo of wind power manufactures enterprise directly scoring, an evaluation model is proposed which use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and select logistics supplier for wind power manufactures enterprise. The actual case shows that the method can be objective and accurate selection of suppliers and overcome the shortcomings of the previous evaluation methods.
