More and more attentions have been paid to the world energy saving and environment protection. semi coke industry developed from the 1970s to the present, technology is relatively mature, has begun to take shape. But semi coke industry has issues of its own, mainly dealing with high energy consumption and management issues[1]. Therefore, the semi coke industry energy management related research, improving industrial energy efficiency, that is the semi coke industry carrying out the scientific view of development, and an important way to improve the efficiency and sustainable development.

The necessity to ensure energy efficiency in the industries is of significant importance to attain reduction of energy consumption and greenhouse gases emissions. Energy management is one of the effective features that ensure energy efficiency in the industries. Energy management models are the infancy in the industrial energy domain with practical guidelines towards implementation in the organizations. Despite the increased interest in energy efficiency, a gap exists concerning energy management literature and present application practices. This paper aims to methodologically review the energy management assessment models that facilitate the assessment of industrial energy management. In this context, the minimum requirements model, maturity model, energy management matrix model, and energy efficiency measures characterization framework are discussed with implications. The study concludes with interesting propositions for academia and industrial think tanks delineating few further research opportunities.

В нашей стране затраты на топливо и энергию составляют от 10 до 40% себестоимости продукции. Такой высокий уровень энергоемкости увеличивает затраты предприятия, связанные с производством продукции, и, как результат, снижает его конкурентоспособность. Поэтому реализация энергосберегающих программ на промышленных предприятиях становится первоочередной задачей. Стратегическое управление энергоэффективностью позволит поэтапно оптимизировать работу и значительно сократить расходы предприятия. В статье проведены анализ и оценка активности промышленного предприятия АО «Себряковцемент» с учетом оценки энергоемкости его деятельности. Для развития существующей системы управления энергозатратами промышленного предприятия предложена модель на основе стандарта ИСО. In our country, the cost of fuel and energy is from 10 to 40% of the cost of production. High energy consumption of products should be recognized as the main problem, due to the fact that it has an impact on increasing the cost of production and, as a result, on reducing the competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, the implementation of energy-saving programs at industrial enterprises becomes a priority. Strategic management of energy efficiency will allow you to gradually optimize the work and significantly reduce the costs of the enterprise. The article analyzes and evaluates the activity of the industrial enterprise of company «Sebryakovcement», taking into account the assessment of the energy intensity of its activities. In the development of the existing energy management system of an industrial enterprise, a model based on the ISO standard is proposed.

Latvia’s industrial energy efficiency policy imposes the implementation of mandatory energy audits and energy management systems in large industrial enterprises and large industrial electricity consumers to improve industrial competitiveness, to move towards a carbon-neutral economy and to increase the security of supply. Companies affected by this energy efficiency policy are obliged to report to the national energy efficiency monitoring system on energy efficiency measures indicated in energy audits or energy management systems with the highest savings or economical potential. The purpose of this study was to assess the initial outcomes of the first industrial energy efficiency program in Latvia, using data from the national energy efficiency monitoring system, including an analysis of individual energy audit reports, and benchmarking it with findings from a similar program, thereby revealing untapped energy efficiency and CO2 emission reduction potential. Although the national monitoring system made it possible to ascertain results of the energy efficiency program, the statistical analysis of the data did not allow for a robust conclusion on the technical or economic industrial energy efficiency potential. This study suggests that Latvia’s energy efficient policy should continue its course in implementation and provides recommendations for improvements on the national energy efficiency monitoring system.

The research on the resource utilization, environmental protection and the sustainable development problem has already become an important subject. To analyze the industrial sustainable development of characteristics of high energy consumption in Beijing, Huairou and Shijingshan districts of sustainable development test zone is selected as the main object. Research on the typical industrial enterprises of test zone, the characteristic of energy use of high energy consumption industrial enterprises is analyzed. The result shows that the Huairou and Shijingshan districts take the same feature of high concentration of energy consumption. In addition, to make a further research on waste heat recovery and water recycling and other energy saving programs implemented by typical enterprises, the technical and economic analysis is also contained. Continue to thoroughly explore the potential to make a foundation for industrial energy work of sustainable development test zone in the "Twelfth Five-Year" period.
