The essence of managerial innovations is determined and the problematic aspects of innovative management in Ukrainian enterprises under modern conditions are highlighted. The question of introduction of managerial innovations as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in developed countries is analyzed. The ways of increase of competitiveness of the Ukrainian enterprises on the basis of introduction of managerial innovations are offered. Fundamentally new generations of equipment require adequate technological forms of production organization and management methods. The role of strategic management in the critical moments of the formation of new directions and generations of technology increases sharply. Their development, development, and distribution are associated with the breaking of proportions and existing ideas of technological, economic, and psychological restructuring. We need new (innovative) strategic management solutions to overcome the force of inertia, support the new, go to a radical restructuring of the areas of development, production and application of technology, the organization of the production process and personnel management.

Against the background of globalization and the deepening struggle for international markets, competitiveness is among the most important indicators describing the performance of an enterprise. The purpose of this study is to create a methodology for assessing the level of competitiveness of enterprises. The proposed methodology is based on a dual model integrating the parametric and nonparametric methods for assessing the effect of using the financial mechanisms of competitiveness management. This study relies on regression and factor analysis. The focus is on the competitiveness level of 12 agricultural enterprises operating in Russia. Among the studied enterprises, the most competitive one is the enterprise that makes the best use of available resources when moving toward the desired amount of income (profit) and minimum costs. The proposed approach allows not only to assess the true level of competitiveness of an enterprise but also to identify reserves it can exploit to improve its competitiveness using financial instruments. At the same time, the stochastic dual approach proved to be a better choice in developing a competitiveness strategy.

In today's market economy, competition is an important concept. Today, issues of competition and competitiveness are especially relevant due to the processes of globalization and intensification of competition between producers of goods and services. As a result, the question arises as to what makes one producer better than another and whether he is able to fully meet the needs of his consumer, thus ensuring his profit? Therefore, assessing the competitive advantages, production, personnel, technological and marketing capabilities of the enterprise, as well as identifying ways to improve them affect the competitiveness of the enterprise in both domestic and foreign markets, as well as the possibility of expanding into new markets. Assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise allows to determine its advantages and disadvantages in comparison with competitors, identify ways to improve it, strengthen the company's position in the national market and identify new target markets. The article provides a review of scientific literature, research and publications on the subject of research, describes the methods, their advantages and disadvantages for assessing the competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of entering new international markets. The stages, the sequence of which must be followed when assessing the competitiveness of enterprises, are summarized. The main indicators, factors, as well as some characteristics of the product that affect the competitiveness of enterprises are presented. It is established that for effective assessment of the competitiveness of the enterprise in terms of entering new international markets, it is advisable to use a set of several valuation methods using a certain sequence. The evaluation results influence the choice of strategy and forms of the company's entry into new international markets, market choice, sales policy, and also allows to effectively assess the company's performance and ability to respond quickly and effectively to external changes, make the right management decisions and take measures to improve competitiveness of the enterprise.

Abstract The article discusses the features of the activities of enterprises of the Russian agro-industrial complex in digital transformation context. The main types of resources used by them for effective work are highlighted and the task is to study time as an intangible asset that can be used to increase the efficiency of activities. This category is considered from the standpoint of classical science, its definition is given and the main properties are highlighted. The necessity of studying time as a resource and its use in the work of enterprises as a factor in the growth of profitability has been substantiated. The analysis of classical and modern systems of organizing the work of enterprises, including their tools. Based on the analysis, it has been established that during the period of digital transformation of the economy and the agro-industrial complex, little attention is paid to time as a resource, and the rational use of resources needs to be improved. For this reason, the digitalization of the agro-industrial complex is considered as the main vector of the development of the complex. The main directions of its transition from the traditional form to new methods of work, its elements, ways of reducing errors and increasing the competitiveness of enterprises in this sector of the economy are shown. The main advantages of such a development are presented. In the course of further analysis, it was found that the time factor in the agro-industrial complex during the period of digital transformation plays a key role. Time has been proven to be both a factor and a resource. It is concluded that the competent use of all types of production resources in time allows to obtain a synergistic effect.

An important condition for increasing the competitiveness of enterprises producing mechanical engineering products in the market is the need to constantly improve the quality and safety of manufactured products. Enterprises interact with suppliers of materials, raw materials, compo-nents. To achieve sustainable success, it is necessary to establish mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers, which is one of the basic principles of quality management according to the ISO 9000 series. To manage the quality of manufactured products, enterprises in the engineering in-dustry organize work with suppliers within the framework of reclamation activities. The most global and important goal of reclamation activity is the timely restoration of the serviceability of mechanical engineering products, the identification of the root causes of the manifestation of in-consistencies (defects, failures, etc.). Research in this work was carried out using the methods of Total Quality Management (TQM), using a systematic and process approach. The application of the process approach to reclamation activities involves a detailed description of the process, the selection of the owner and the leader of the process, the preparation of documentation that defines the implementation of the activity, the inputs and outputs of the process, the resources used, the criteria for the effectiveness and efficiency of the process, including a brief description of the supplier's processes. When describing the parameters of the complaint management process, this approach provides for the planning of activities, the organization of the work itself, control over the implementation of each stage, as well as regulation if necessary. As a result of the practical use of the process approach in reclamation activities, a decrease in the supply of low-quality products is guaranteed, which leads to an increase in the satisfaction of the operating organiza-tions.

Abstract Aiming at the problem of mechanized and repeated parts grasping, and aiming to reduce the development cost, this study added an end-effector and designed a ROS-based grasping robot control system on the basis of fully analyzing the structure and workflow of the robot. The grasping robot can be controlled and monitored in real time by operating on the RVIZ interface. According to the needs and process of grasping work, the control system process design and control system programming of the robot are completed. Subsequent simulation experiments and real object control experiments show that the control system has high robustness and real-time performance. The control system can meet the task of mechanization and repeated parts grasping, and can effectively improve the production efficiency, enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and reduce the cost of enterprises.

AbstractThe paper analyzes and assesses the main issues and development factors of innovation processes in Kazakhstan. It is known that in modern conditions of dynamically developing competitive processes and scientific and technological progress, innovations serve as the basis of the national economy and a key factor in ensuring the competitiveness of enterprises. Moreover, today, the economy of the country can successfully compete in the market on the basis of the continuous improvement of goods and services produced as well as the development of new directions. It is also obvious that the development of new products, implementation of innovations and new measures are key performance indicators at both the macro and microeconomic levels. In this sense, an innovative way of socio-economic development of the country is becoming an urgent problem for Kazakhstan. An analysis of the situation shows that in the real sector of the economy, the possibilities of increasing production at the expense of extensive factors are largely exhausted. It is necessary to ensure the modernization of the economy through the introduction of modern technologies and the maximum use of the country’s intellectual potential. The realization of the economic strategy determines the implementation of the main directions of social policy in line with the innovative development of Kazakh society as a whole.
