In this paper, there is an analysis of the situation of production safety accidents that is the "Eleventh Five-Year" period, Hebei Province in China. The characteristics of production safety accidents and laws will be revealed. The monitoring method of safe production run will be proposed as the basis of decision making for the safe production conditions can be effectively controlled.

In this work, a safe Coal Mine Monitoring system which replaces the traditional coal mine monitoring systems which tend to be wired network systems. This play an important role in coal mine safe production. With continuous enlarging of exploiting areas and extension of depth in coal mine, many laneways become monitoring blind areas, where are lots of hidden dangers. Moreover, it is inconvenient to lay cables which are expensive and consume time. In order to solve the problems, we designed a coal mine safety monitoring system based on wireless sensor network, which can improve the level of monitoring production safety and reduce accident in the coal mine. Zigbee technology provides a direction for scientists who commit to solve the safety monitoring problems of coal mine. The purpose of this study is to propose a solution suitable to mine wireless communication, safety monitoring, give a proof to the further study.

Economic efficiency in farming is achieved as a result of manager’s skills and proper technologic equipment available on the farm suitable for carrying out husbandry operations. Applying skilled management to the whole business of farming is of an extraordinary importance, too. The manager should be equipped with more or less sophisticated software that would make his decision making process more professional and adequate to (generaly) production conditions. Such software (program) will allow proving his technological conception by economic calculations and proper tests. An Agricultural Technology Management Program AGRO-EXPERT has been conceived and is discussed in this paper. The authors analyze situation in appearance of such programs and conditions/information necessary for their correct (adequate) functions.

Data mining is the process of abstracting unaware, potential and useful information and knowledge from plentiful, incomplete, noisy, fuzzy and stochastic data. The reliability of colliery equipments takes an essential role in the safety of production. Not only since their continuance of operation, had the accumulation of historical error data of colliery equipments resulted in a mass of surplus data, but also because their lacks of helpful information, which as a result makes colliery managers as well as equipment operators hard to make decisions. Seeing that, we introduced ways here that makes use of data mining technology by processing and analyzing historical monitoring data, recognizing and extracting meaningful patterns so as to provide scientific information for decision-making on the safety of colliery operations, which would help for the forecasting of potential threatens of colliery equipments’ operation, thus, make great contributions to prevent disasters from happening.
