Talking about innovation and entrepreneurship, although it may seem similar, it is not. However, both concepts should always go hand in hand when undertaking any business idea and even more so, those that seek to empower entrepreneurs, in addition to seeking to strengthen the economic sectors of their region. The general objective of the research is to analyze the technological innovations in the textile sector in the canton of Esmeraldas-Ecuador, seeking to know the perception of the people with respect to this particular topic and its inclusion in this new modern era that is currently being lived, which is totally surrounded by technology. The population selected with the people who belong to the textile sector of the canton mentioned above, having a sample of 10 people to whom a semi-structured interview was applied, consisting of five (5) items that are related to the objective of the research, finally the technique and tool used for the processing and analysis of data is the software program Atlas. Ti software, which allows storing and recording the opinions obtained from the sample.

Original Teaching Materials and School Activities for Students With an Intellectual Disability

Most of the present authors, the teachers at the School for the Mentally Challenged at Otsuka, University of Tsukuba, have been creating original teaching aids and materials using low-tech and high-tech methods. Original teaching aids created with woodworking and metalworking are usually used for students with an intellectual disability. The original teaching materials with Grid Onput dot code, which could link multimedia, such as audio, movies, web pages, html files, and PowerPoint files were created in collaboration with one of the present authors, Professor Shigeru Ikuta, who organized a large research project, and Gridmark Inc. that developed Grid Onput dot code. The present authors have recently developed a new software program, SmileNote, to help students create presentation slides in expressing their feelings, will, and desires to classmates, teachers, and parents. Basic information on these materials and their use in schools is presented in this chapter.

With the growth of software vulnerabilities, the demand for security integration is increasingly necessary to more effectively achieve the goal of secure software development globally. Different practices are used to keep the software intact. These practices should also be examined to obtain better results depending on the level of security. The security of a software program device is a characteristic that permeates the whole system. To resolve safety issues in a software program security solutions have to be implemented continually throughout each web page. The motive of this study is to offer a complete analysis of safety, wherein protection testing strategies and equipment can be categorized into: technical evaluation strategies and non-technical assessment strategies. This study presents high-level ideas in an easy form that would help professionals and researchers solve software security testing problems around the world. One way to achieve these goals is to separate security issues from other enforcement issues so that they can be resolved independently and applied globally.

ISLAMIC BANK SUSTAINABILITY IN INDONESIA: VALUE AND FINANCIAL PERFORMANCES BASED ON SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND GREEN FINANCE

This paper investigates the sustainability perspective of Islamic banks' financial decisions, performance, and corporate value where Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and green finance are moderation variables. The analysis method used multivariate statistical methods, structural equation modelling with the WarpPLS software program and testing panel data regression models using the E-Views software program. The datasets used involves 34 Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study found a significant relationship between CSR and green finance implementation to financial decisions, financial performance, and corporate value of Islamic banks in Indonesia. However, the relationship is heterogeneous or dissimilar across different quantiles. This means that CSR and green finance implementation only achieve short-term profit, not long-term sustainability. The study also reveals that corporate social responsibility contributes the most to Islamic banks' investment decisions and market value. Thus, policies focusing on integrated CSR in Islamic banking are required to improve sustainability opportunities.

Design of Electronic Circuit for Mining Explosive Detonator

Designing of mining exclusive electronic circuit, safety for work environment is vital and important. The system devices contained transmitter block, which are containing computer monitoring software and internet modem. The other one is receiver block which is included explosive circuit and their components (i.e., a digital component mobile phone, ICs, and detector). To control the operation steps process used software program written with C++ language. The system was successfully built and designed. Besides that, it could capabilities of components set in the designed circuit. Moreover, the circuit and their components were operated carefully according to program sequence. The results are achieved the general objectives of the research. Also, it was match standards, specified in national standards for performances and appearances of such devices.

Meta-Transcriptome Detector (MTD): a novel pipeline for metatranscriptome analysis of bulk and single-cell RNAseq data

RNA-seq data contains not only host transcriptomes but also non-host information that comprises transcripts from active microbiota in the host cells. Therefore, metatranscriptomics can reveal gene expression of the entire microbial community in a given sample. However, there is no single tool that can simultaneously analyze host-microbiota interactions and to quantify microbiome at the single-cell level, particularly for users with limited expertise of bioinformatics. Here, we developed a novel software program that can comprehensively and synergistically analyze gene expression of the host and microbiome as well as their association using bulk and single-cell RNA-seq data. Our pipeline, named Meta-Transcriptome Detector (MTD), can identify and quantify microbiome extensively, including viruses, bacteria, protozoa, fungi, plasmids, and vectors. MTD is easy to install and is user-friendly. This novel software program empowers researchers to study the interactions between microbiota and the host by analyzing gene expressions and pathways, which provides further insights into host responses to microorganisms.

Abstract 13298: Density, Coverage and Usage of Automated External Defibrillators in Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest Across Europe

Introduction: Though deployment of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) is increasing rapidly, AEDs are often deployed in an un-strategic manner. Consequently, little is known about the association between AED density, AED coverage of out-of-hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA), and bystander defibrillation across different countries. This study aimed to investigate the differences in AED densities (AEDS/100,000 inhabitants/1,000 km2), the AED coverage of OHCAs, and bystander defibrillation across Europe. Hypothesis: AED density is directly associated with degree of bystander defibrillation across Europe. Methods: The study is a European Sudden Cardiac Arrest network towards Prevention, Education, New Effective Treatment (ESCAPE-NET) project. We included data from Ticino (Switzerland), Lombardy (Italy), and The Capital Region (Denmark) from 2019, covering over 3.7 million inhabitants. AED accessibility was defined as the AED being accessible 24/7 or not and AED coverage was defined as the OHCA being covered by an AED within 100, 250 and 500 meters.
