New data on species diversity of agaricoid fungi of Oksky Biosphere Reserve are given. The checklist of 41 species with indication of their localities and herbarium numbers (of the Herbarium of the Komarov Botanical Institute, LE) is provided. Three species (Conocybe gigasperma, Entoloma occultopigmentatum, E. scabiosum) are recorded for the first time in Russia.

The abundance, species diversity and diurnal activity rhythm of hematophagous glossineswere evaluated by trapping using 15 Vavoua traps, during the rainy season (25th Sept-5th Oct to 21st Oct-9th Nov 2018), in two habitats: secondary forest and Anthropised milieu, in the biosphere reserve Ipassa-IRET Makokou in Gabon. In total, 489 glossines were caught  with 245 collected from Village-Town site and regrouped under 4 species [G.p.palpalis (32.17%), G. frezili (36.23%), G. nashi (29.57%) and G. f. fuscipes (2.03%)] while 244 were collected from forest and regrouped under 3 species [G.p.palpalis (61.48%), G. nashi (28.69%) and G. frezili (0.84%)]. The abundance of glossines was higher in the Village-Town milieu (2.88 g/t/d) as compared to the forest (2.34 g/t/d) with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Glossines showed a unimodal diurnal activity rhythm with peak between 10h-12h in the two milieu and was dominated by females.

Species diversity of mosses has been studied on the northwestern slope of the Monche-tundra Ridge near Vaikis Lake (Lapland State Nature Biosphere Reserve, Murmansk Region). Annotated list of 124 species is presented. Fifteen species are new to the reserve and 119 — to the Monche-tundra Ridge. In the rather small area many rare and basiphilic mosses were found. Of these, 7 species included in regional or federal Red Data books were revealed (Andreaea blyttii, Buxbaumia aphylla, Cyrtomnium hymenophyllum, Encalypta cf. streptocarpa, Fissidens bryoides, Orthothecium chryseon, Tetrodontium repandum). The results show high botanical value of the study territory and confirm its status as Important Plant Areas (IPA) on European level.

The present work explicates three species of genus Schwetschkeopsis Broth. belonging to family Myriniaceae Schimp., which have been encountered for the first time in central India at Pachmarhi Biosphere Reserve. Previously, this genus was known to be distributed at Himalayan and South Indian bryogeographical regions of India with four valid species, of which none were reported from central India. The genus is important as it is the only genus of family Myriniaceae known from India out of the total seven known worldwide and this study highlights the extension of its range of distribution in the country. During the present study three taxa viz. Schwetschkeopsis fabronia (Schwaegr) Broth., Schwetschkeopsis formosana Nog., Schwetschkeopsis elongata (Dixon and P. Varde) P. Varde were identified from the Biosphere Reserve. S. fabronia was encountered as terrestrial moss growing on dry exposed rocks while S. formosana and S. elongata were epiphytic. The presence of three taxa of the important genus Schwetschkeopsis at central India accentuates the importance of the central Indian moss flora as out of four species present in India three occur in this zone.
