The public in China have a vague notion of architecture energy conservation, additionally the various and complex geographical position and climate, so the problem of architectural energy dissipation has deteriorated. In terms of architectural energy conservation, this design wholly considered energy conservation and emission reduction in the whole life cycle. The theory of “nonexistence-existence-nonexistence” should be carried out practically and low-carbon, ecological kindergarten will be founded in Huainan by studying and taking advantage all kinds of reasonable energy conservation technology. We should exert a subtle influence on cultivating children’s sense of energy conservation and emission reduction in order to make it be popular in the society which treats children as center.

The study examined causality using static and dynamic frameworks, by considering energy consumption, C02 emissions and economic growth for India. It used the Granger approach (VECM framework) along with the Dolado and L체tkepohl approach. It found that CO2 Granger-causes GDP while energy consumption does not Granger-cause GDP, GDP does not Granger-cause CO2 while energy consumption Granger-causes CO2 emissions, and CO2 emissions Granger-causes energy consumption but GDP does not Granger-causes CO2 emissions. This implies that India should opt for policies that stress on energy conservation and efficient utilization of energy.

This article demonstrated the necessity of building energy-saving design in our country. Analyzed the advanced building energy conservation technology applied to the BedZED in United Kingdom, such as solar energy technology, ventilation technology and water-saving technology. In accordance with the practice in Residential area in China, the realization way of building energy conservation technology is presented, in order to achieve the aim of sustainable development.
