The main objective of this study was to measure the “Impact of Stress on Employee Performance in Public Sector Universities of Sindh.” In every organization performance of employee is debatable subject, to determine stress level in public sector universities and to predict employees performance and an exploratory research was conducted, by considering reward structure, and working environment as independent variable and employee performance as dependent variable. Stress felt by employee during work was major focus of study, study findings reveals that stress is directly related with employee performance, if stress level changes it also bring change in employee performance. Stress impact positively and negatively as result, increase in performance were seen when employee considered it positive, employees became enable to give their performance in better way if stress is positive, and if negative stress is their it can inadequately affect the routine and job of staff. It`s observed that mostly stress impact negatively on performance of employees and it causes physical, psychological, behavioral and social problems. Research results revealed that reward structure has positive and significant effect on employee performance; similarly, there is important contribution of working environment on employee performance too. Stress is indispensable factor to study, working environment and reward structure has massive effect on employees as factor of stress. A quantitative research technique was applied to conduct this study. A survey questionnaire was designed to collect responses. 5-point likert sale used to measure the data. Responses were collected from 310 respondents to test the model in relative to impact of stress on employee performance, data of employee relating to all categories of management in public sector universities of Sindh. The study examines the effect human resource planning has on the performance of public sector organizations in Nigeria. The study adopted a cross-sectional survey research design with the collection of primary data using a questionnaire that was administered to 100 employees in the human resource department of the Ministry of Works and housing in Abuja, Nigeria. Correlation analysis using Pearson correlation was employed to determine the relationship between the variables and regression analysis was used to analyze the hypotheses with the aid of the IBM statistical package for social sciences. The result findings revealed that the multiple correlation coefficient indicates a strong correlation between the variables (R= 0.779). and that projected demand for workforce and recruitment and selection account for 60.7% of the total variation in organization performance. Of the two variables used, the recruitment and selection process account for the highest contribution to organization performance. Effective human resource planning in terms of projected demand for workforce and recruitment and selection will enable institutions to attract the right kind of people in the right numbers, improve employees' expertise, talents, and abilities, and keep them in the business. The study recommends that the recruitment and selection process should be open and transparent with little or no political interference to allow for the selection of applicants with the right expertise and skills into the workforce.

A good performance potentially creates competitive advantage for any organization. Performance is determined by the role of leaders who influence all members of organizations through clear directions. Likewise, employee satisfaction in improving the performance of an organization also depends on the leader. This study investigates the role of leadership and job satisfaction on employee’s performance. Sample of this research includes 160 employees in a public organization in Indonesia. They are analyzed by descriptive and inference statistics for the linearity and regression analysis. The results of the study show that leadership had a significant impact on employee’s performance and job satisfaction. They are recommended to be considered when performance needs to be improved.
