AbstractThis contribution deals with algorithm closely related to design and implementation of simple database conceptual models based on terms and principles concerned to image and text semantic analysis, while the term deterministic image is being postulated and introduced and its structure elements are described. On the other hand, the presented contribution contains a set of adequate information, how that algorithm may be applied in teaching concerned to simple database conceptual model.

В статье рассмотрены подходы к проектированию и реализации отдельных компонентов инструментальных средств для семантического анализа извлекаемой из открытых источников информации о научных и технологических решениях в области энергетики. Рассмотрена структура билингвистической онтологии, позволяющая решать задачу классификации информации с учётом ее представления в различных языках и синонимии. Рассмотрен подход к поиску и обработке информации из открытых источников, основанный на применении разработанных авторами средств семантического анализа, реализация которых выполнялась на Python с использованием библиотеки Natural Language Toolkit. The article discusses approaches to the design and implementation of individual components of instrumental tools for semantic analysis of information on scientific and technological solutions in the field of energy. This information has already been placed open sources. The structure of billinguistic ontology is considered, which makes it possible to solve the task of classifying information, taking into account its submission in various languages and synonyms. The authors reviewed the approach to the search and processing of information from open sources based on the use of semantic analysis developed by authors, the implementation of which was performed on Python using the Natural Language Toolkit library

Purpose To provide an overview of communication characteristics exhibited by individuals with Angelman Syndrome (AS) and special considerations associated with the design and implementation of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) programs. Method Results of recent studies exploring individuals' uses of AAC are reviewed, with particular emphasis on factors related to individuals' acceptance and successful uses of AAC systems. Results Not applicable Conclusion Despite their inconsistent access to practices previously found to foster individuals' acceptance of AAC systems, individuals with AS demonstrate the ability to use AAC systems, including high-tech AAC devices, successfully.

Abstract. The goal of the study was to explore event-related potential (ERP) differences during the processing of emotional adjectives that were evaluated as congruent or incongruent with the current mood. We hypothesized that the first effects of congruence evaluation would be evidenced during the earliest stages of semantic analysis. Sixty mood adjectives were presented separately for 1,000 ms each during two sessions of mood induction. After each presentation, participants evaluated to what extent the word described their mood. The results pointed to incongruence marking of adjective’s meaning with current mood during early attention orientation and semantic access stages (the P150 component time window). This was followed by enhanced processing of congruent words at later stages. As a secondary goal the study also explored word valence effects and their relation to congruence evaluation. In this regard, no significant effects were observed on the ERPs; however, a negativity bias (enhanced responses to negative adjectives) was noted on the behavioral data (RTs), which could correspond to the small differences traced on the late positive potential.
