The impact of the COVID-19 virus is so significant. Efforts have been taken to handle the impacts on various fields, including in-field education. The Indonesian government has established three policies in education, one of which is learning from home. This article analyzes the planning, implementation, assessment of learning from home strategies during the COVID-19 pandemic in private elementary schools. The research was conducted qualitatively, and the type of research was descriptive. The instruments of this research were interviews, indirect observations, and documentation studies. The research subjects were two principals, two teachers, two students, two guardians of students from each elementary school, i.e., Muhammadiyah 9 Elementary School and Bani Hasyim Islamic Elementary school, both in Malang, East Java, Indonesia. Among the research subjects, the Principal of each school is the key informant in this study. The results of the analysis show that the lesson planning already includes the use of lesson plans. However, communication with students and parents is done through PANDAWA applications and daily learning scenarios, which contain materials, teaching materials, LKPD, and assessment questions. The implementation of learning is carried out synchronously and asynchronously. The learning assessment is conducted by sending questions using various applications such as Edmodo, Quilgo, Google Classroom, and the PANDAWA website. Various forms of innovation in learning services while learning from home are key parts in improving the quality of private elementary schools.

Kuttab is considered foreign to some people so that the public is still familiar with the concept of kuttab education. Historically, the Muslim community did not allow the Kuttab to be separate and there were boundaries with society. It is for this that the Kuttab correlates with its people and joins in their daily lives. The existence of a barrier between kuttab and society can affect people's beliefs and participation. The purpose of this research is to identify and describe the Governance of Public Relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung from planning, implementation, assessment, to supporting and inhibiting aspects of public relations at Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung. The method used in this research is qualitative. Data collection used observation procedures, interviews and documentation research. The data validity test used the participation extension technique, observer intensity, triangulation, peer checking, referral adequacy, negative problem analysis, member checking, detailed explanation and auditing. The results of this research show that the governance of public relations in Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung is running well even though this task is held by the official Kuttab and the Tawaf division. First, planning refers to the vision, mission and profile of Kuttab Al Fatih Bandung which refers to the Al-Quran, hadith and the prophet's sirah. Second, implementation is carried out by implementing planned programs that involve all kuttab stakeholders. Third, evaluation is carried out after programs and activities have been implemented. This evaluation is to take into account the success of the program and deliberate on any cases. Fourth, the supporting aspects of public relations come from internal Kuttab, namely Kuttab's human resources who have a sincere mindset and the intention to worship when carrying out all activities. The factors inhibiting citizen ties come from externals, namely parents and residents who have different descriptions of the concept of Kuttab education.

Abstract The article discusses the recast of the EU Return Directive (2008/115/EC) from the perspective of effectiveness and fundamental rights protection, as two underlying objectives of the Directive. Relying on the implementation assessment of the Directive carried out by the European Parliamentary Research Service, the article analyses the way in which Member States have implemented the Directive and how this has impacted the effectiveness of the Directive. If adopted as proposed, will the recast strengthen or further undermine the effectiveness? The assessment focuses on return decision, voluntary departure, entry ban, and detention. It also looks at omissions in the recast proposal, namely a missed opportunity to remedy the current shortcomings as regards non-returnable people. As the article concludes, the recast proposal will hardly improve the effectiveness of return and may lead to violations of fundamental rights of people in an irregular situation.

Purpose: Provide a stepwise approach to the design and implementation of a service that integrates all staff pharmacists into the communication and interpretation of molecular rapid diagnostic tests (mRDT) for bloodstream infections and summarize outcomes from a 12-month post-implementation assessment. Physician and pharmacist impressions of the service are also described. Summary: mRDT have proven clinical benefit in the treatment of bacteremia. Pharmacy leadership can collaborate with other health system leaders to develop policies and a workflow that route result calls to pharmacists to maximize the impact of this technology. Pharmacist education, development of clinical resources and documentation templates allow all pharmacists to perform this antimicrobial stewardship service consistently and confidently. Physicians overwhelmingly recognize the value of this service and often accept the pharmacist’s recommendations. Antibiotic de-escalation was the most frequent outcome when changes to the antibiotic regimen were made. Conclusion: Pharmacists are well positioned to utilize results from mRDT to improve antibiotic selection. Through the use of competencies and internally-derived resources, all pharmacists, rather than just infectious diseases pharmacy specialists, can perform this important antibiotic stewardship activity and positively influence patient outcomes.
