Productivity is one of the paths that a company must take to achieve its objectives, goals and purposes, working effectively and efficiently. To achieve a culture of measurement, it is important to perform a productivity analysis, which will help to obtain adequate information to create development recommendations in the near future. This work provides information on the results obtained from a productivity measurement study in a sample of companies in the printing industry, in Villahermosa Tabasco, which helps to understand and adapt business needs within the cultural, environmental, technological, economic and political variables. To carry out this study, a measurement instrument has been used that obtains specific information on the elements that an organization must have for the development of productivity, this tool is called Comprehensive Productivity Assessment Technique (TIEP), the which will give us results that serve to generate a model for improving productivity, which will be of great help for the growth of this business sector with positive results that bring benefits to the region and society.

Resumo: O intuito da pesquisa foi conhecer a importância da educação de acordo com o processo de inclusão, o que afirmam os pesquisadores acerca do Transtorno de Déficit de Atenção e Hiperatividade (TDAH). Quanto ao processo metodológico, foi realizada pesquisa bibliográfica com abordagem qualitativa e estudo de caso com entrevista semiestruturada. Os efeitos apontaram as dificuldades de adaptação por conta da falta de qualificação específica dos professores no ensino regular, falta de conhecimento por parte das famílias, dificuldades de aprendizagens e deficiência quanto à equidade no ensino. Concluiu-se que a educação inclusiva ainda está se moldando e se adaptando, seja na sociedade ou nas políticas públicas. Ao mesmo tempo em que parte da dificuldade de aprendizagem desses alunos com necessidades especiais, é dos pais sem informação adequada e os profissionais da educação, como também a sociedade e a comunidades escolares sem nenhuma formação ou informações adequadas. Palavras-chave: Ensino-aprendizagem. Capacitação.   __________________________ Abstract: The purpose of the research was to know the importance of education according to the inclusion process, which researchers claim about Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). As for the methodological process, a bibliographical research was carried out with a qualitative approach and a case study with semi-structured interview. The effects pointed out the difficulties of adaptation due to the lack of specific qualification of teachers in regular education, lack of knowledge on the part of families, learning difficulties and deficiencies in terms of equity in education. It was concluded that inclusive education is still shaping and adapting, whether in society or in public policies. While part of the learning difficulty of these students with special needs is parents without adequate information and education professionals, as well as society and school communities without any training or adequate information. Career choice involves the selection of one occupation over another. It is very important as it gives people focus on what career to follow. However, a lack of adequate information on career choice is capable of negatively influencing career choices. Hence, this study examines the significance of the adequate information on career choice among first year students using a selected rural South African university. A quantitative research method was employed for data collection. Purposive and random sampling was used to select the institution and sample respectively. Questionnaires were administered to 375 randomly selected first year students studying in the selected rural South African university. The findings of the study show that career choice is important and can contribute to the success of students. Attempts are made to communicate about career pathways with students while in high schools through the provision in the curriculum. Various factors ranging from parental influence, teachers, presence or absence of career counsellors, amongst others affect the career choice of students. The study recommends that education stakeholders, inclusive of parents, should be informed on the need to guide students in making informed career choices. Career information centres should be made available to students in various locations in the country.

Revascularisation of chronic total occlusion (CTO) represents one of the most challenging aspects of percutaneous coronary intervention, but advances in equipment and an understanding of CTO revascularisation techniques have resulted in considerable improvements in success rates. In patients with prior coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG) surgery, additional challenges are encountered. This article specifically explores these challenges, as well as antegrade methods of CTO crossing. Techniques, equipment that can be used and reference texts are highlighted with the aim of providing potential CTO operators adequate information to tackle additional complexities likely to be encountered in this cohort of patients. This review forms part of a wider series where additional aspects of patients with prior CABG should be factored into decisions and methods of revascularisation.

Patients with pacemakers need regular follow-ups which are demanding. Telemonitoring for pacemaker can provide a new opportunity to avoid follow-up visits. On the other hand, in-person visits could help patients with pacemakers to cope better with the anxiety linked to their condition and maintain better communication with their doctors than simple remote control of their device status. Therefore, our objective was to analyze the experiences and communication comparing telemonitoring (TM) versus conventional monitoring (CM) of patients with pacemakers. A single-center, controlled, non-randomized, non-blinded clinical trial was designed. Data were collected five years after implantation in a cohort of 89 consecutive patients assigned to two different groups: TM and CM. The ‘Generic Short Patient Experiences Questionnaire’ (GS-PEQ) was used to assess patients’ experiences, and the Healthcare Communication Questionnaire (HCCQ) was used to measure the communication of patients with healthcare professionals. Additionally, an ad-hoc survey including items from the ‘Telehealth Patient Satisfaction Survey’ and a ‘costs survey’ was used. After five years, 55 patients completed the study (TM = 21; CM = 34). Participants’ mean (±SD) age was 81 (±6.47), and 31% were females. No differences in baseline characteristics between groups were found. The comparative analyses TM versus CM showed some significant differences. According to GS-PEQ, TM users received adequate information about their diagnosis or afflictions (p = .035) and the treatment was better adapted to their situation (p = .009). Both groups reported negative experiences regarding their involvement in their treatment decisions, the waiting time before admission, and perceived a low-benefit. According to HCCQ, the TM group experienced poorer consultation management by the healthcare provider (p = .041). Participants reported positive overall communication experiences. The study provides insights into the experiences and communication in PM monitoring services as well as specific areas where users reported negative experiences such as the consultation management by clinicians. : Self-inserted foreign bodies in the lower urinary tract are rare among children. The treatment of foreign bodies in the urethra is determined by their type, size, location, shape, and mobility. : We describe here a 10-year-old boy who had self inserted a needle into his urethra. Initial attempts to remove the needle from the urethra by inserting a cystoscope failed. The patient presented to our institution with bleeding per urethra with feeding tube insitu per urethra. As already attempted for urethroscopic removal, direct removal of needle done under general aneathesia done.: Per Rectal examination plays an important role and gives adequate information and timely management of the child leads to uneventful hospital stay Psychiatric evaluation is mandatory to detect an underlying mental disorder.

Aim of Object: During the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire world is experiencing a mortality situation; most people are battling against the corona virus, but some individuals have already suffered from cardiovascular problems. For improved patient care, adequate information and comprehension of the relationship between cardiovascular disorders and COVID-19 is required. The dominant clinical manifestations of the corona virus infection are on the respiratory system. In this instance, the acute cardiac injury is the most often reported cardiac abnormality, in which the degree of cardiac output is increased, troponin levels rise, and mostly it is found in about 8% to 12% of patients. The involvement of viral cardiomyocytes and systemic inflammation is the most prevalent mechanism for cardiac damage. The corona virus attaches itself and enters through angiotensin converting enzyme-II. Discussion and Conclusion: Recent articles on COVID-19 have revealed nothing regarding these individuals' cardiac vascular manifestations. This is a critical component of all that has a big influence on COVID-19 patients' cardiovascular systems. To fully comprehend the method and effects, more study is required.

Adolescents in educational institutions are one of the groups of children whose voice is seldom heard, who have fewer opportunities to participate, and face more obstacles when they want to participate. Furthermore, growing up in out-of-home care often increases the children’s vulnerability and endangers their participatory rights in terms of obtaining adequate information on the course of care, the opportunities to participate in decisions relevant to their life and care, the impact on the quality of care, etc. The aim of this paper is to describe adolescent participation from two perspectives: prescribed and formalized in the form of beneficiary councils in educational institutions and in the form of adolescent’s experiences in institutions. A qualitative approach was used, and the data were obtained from focus groups with adolescents, as well as from descriptions of beneficiary councils through online questionnaires. The results shed light on the importance of adolescent’s rights but also on the lack of their fulfilment in educational institutions, especially when it comes to participation. Adolescents’ participation in educational institutions is perceived as limited, characterized by restriction and a lack of choice, which results in decreased motivation for participation. Beneficiary councils, despite being regulated in terms of legislation, are not considered a significant form of child participation in educational institutions.

The aim of this narrative review is to provide adequate information on handling and reporting of the bladder cancer samples to improve the closely collaboration between pathologists and urologists. The main (but not exclusive) research tool used was PubMed and 87 references were selected and quoted in the text. We have considered handling of biopsies, transurethral resection (TUR), and cystectomy specimens to summarize the different methods of sampling and the related issues. Moreover, we considered and discussed the main prognostic factors, such as histological tumor type, grade, and stage of bladder cancer, that should be described in the pathological report. In addition, critical issues encountered in the interpretation of histological samples were discussed.

Abstract This paper examines the development, sustainability and importance of positive working relationships between grandparents raising grandchildren (“grandparents”) and school district staff through the application of Bronfenbrenner’s bioecological theory of human development. Grandparents have unique needs and often lack adequate resources, knowledge, and support when engaging in their new and often sudden role as primary caregiver of a grandchild. Access to educational resources, adequate information, and school district support is critical as a grandchild transitions into their grandparent’s home. This inquiry aims to develop a conceptual framework for understanding how forming and maintaining positive working relationships between grandparents and school district staff will systematically and adequately address the educational needs of grandparents and their grandchild’s academic success. Tenets of the bioecological model include the application of proximal processes that outline the need for frequent and regular interactions between a person and their environment over extended periods of time. The purpose of this study is to develop positive pathways of support through the application of the interconnected elements of proximal processes of the bioecological theory including process, person, context, and time, and the five bioecological interactive (micro-, meso-, exo-, macro-, chrono-) systems of human development. More specifically, educational needs of grandparents as caregivers are addressed through tenets of the bioecological theory to inform school districts and encourage the development of positive working relationships and effective education navigation protocols to better serve this unique and growing population.
