Ground scientific verification test for Moderate Resolution Imaging Camera of China’s First Mars Mission

<p>China's first Mars exploration mission (HX-1) is expected to launch in 2020 with an orbiter and a rover, to conduct a global and comprehensive exploration of Mars, and to carry out regional patrolling on the Mars surface. The orbiter will be equipped with a Moderate Resolution Imaging Camera (MoRIC) to produce a global map of the Mars and study the topography of the Mars surface. The MoRIC is a color camera, works at visible spectrum, the image resolution of the camera is 100m@400km, and the FOV is 64<sup> o</sup>.</p><p>The purpose of the Ground scientific verification test for MoRIC is to evaluate its ability to obtainhigh quality image data of the Mars surface. In the test, we made a simulation of the on-orbit detection process of MoRIC and obtained different kinds of test data, which was used to evaluate the data processing method and analyze the quality of data. The test results show that the data processing method of the MoRIC is correct; the image quality, the color correction effect and compression quality of the MoRIC data meet the requirements of the verification test.</p>

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas. Pengaruh Etika Pegawai, Pelayanan Publik dan Reformasi Birokrasi terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas pada Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengunjung dan keluarga nara-pidana Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar. Jumlah pengunjung yang menjadi sampel penelitian ini adalah 55 orang. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Simple Random Sampling, sedangkan metode pengolahan data yang digunakan peneliti adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Etika Pegawai dan Pelayanan Publik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Penerapan Zona Integritas di Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas I Makassar.     This study examines the effect of employee ethics and the improvement of public services on the implementation of the integrity zone. The effect of employee ethics, and improvement of public services on the implementation of integrity zone on Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Kelas 1 Makassar. Respondents in this study were Makassar class in penitentiary visitors. the number of visitors who sampled this study was 55 people. the method of determining the sample used in this study is simple random sampling, while the data processing method used by researchers is multiple regression analysis. the results of this study indicate that employee ethics and public services have a significant effect on the implementation of the integrity zone in Makassar class in penitentiary.

AbstractHigh-resolution optical cameras have always been important scientific payloads in Mars exploration missions, which can obtain detailed images of Martian surface for the study of geomorphology, topography and geological structure. At present, there are still many challenges for Mars high-resolution images in terms of global coverage, stereo coverage (especially for colour images), and data processing methods. High Resolution Imaging Camera (HiRIC) is a high-quality, multi-mode, multi-functional, multi-spectral remote sensing camera that is suitable for the deep space developed for China’s first Mars Exploration Mission (Tianwen-1), which was successfully launched in July 2020. Here we design special experiments based on the in-orbit detection conditions of Tianwen-1 mission to comprehensively verify the detection capability and the performance of HiRIC, from the aspects of image motion compensation effect, focusing effect, image compression quality, and data preprocessing accuracy. The results showed that the performance status of HiRIC meets the requirements of obtaining high resolution images on the Martian surface. Furthermore, proposals for HiRIC in-orbit imaging strategy and data processing are discussed to ensure the acquisition of high-quality HiRIC images, which is expected to serve as a powerful complementation to the current Mars high-resolution images.
