This study aims to examine the effect of organizational learning capability on product innovation performance in the manufacturing sector using empirical data. A survey was conducted with 120 firms that were on the list of Top 1000 Firms of Turkey and registered with the Istanbul Chamber of Industry, to examine the relationship between the dimensions of organizational learning capability and the dimensions of product innovation performance. The findings of the study indicate a positive relationship between organizational learning capability and product innovation performance.

The effectiveness and productivity of an organization depends on its staff and if they don’t be satisfied from their job, continues of living for such organization is impossible. One of the important factors which influence on job satisfaction, is an organizational learning capability (OLC). So, the purpose of this paper is to analyze the relationship between organizational learning capability and its dimensions (experimentation, risk taking, interaction with the external environment, dialogue and participative decision making) with job satisfaction. The population of this study was the employees of Tejarat Bank in Sari city, Iran and the sample number became 103. The data of job satisfaction gathered by a single item of Chiva and Alegre’s (2008(questionnaire and for gathering the data of organizational learning capability, we used Chiva et al.’s (2007) OLC measurement instrument. For testing and analyzing the hypotheses, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression have been used.   The results of study show that there is a positive relationship between organizational learning capability with job satisfaction. Furthermore, the results revealed the five dimensions of organizational learning capability (experimentation, risk taking, interaction with the external environment, dialogue and participative decision making) had positive relationship with job satisfaction.   Keywords: Organizational learning capability, Job satisfaction, Staff

The framework of this research is based on the discovery in the clues of former researches that Innovation-driven is the pre factor for the firm to grow up or to gain the competitive advantage, and among them, market orientation and technological opportunity are two of the major determinant factors for the firm’s gaining the competitive advantage and improving the performance and profits. Based on knowledge-based theory, a questionnaire survey of 220 Internet firms in China was conducted to empirically analyze the relationship between innovation driven, absorptive capacity, and new product innovation performance. The article found that: the absorptive capacity mediates the relationship between innovation-driven and new product performance, and market turbulence negative adjusts the relationship between market orientation and absorptive capacity. It is possible to understand more clearly the process of firms acquiring and digesting information, transforming and mining knowledge to achieve new product innovation performance by analyzing the process of knowledge absorption and conversion.

This study entitled as “The Impact of Knowledge Management and Organizational Learning on Organizational Performance through Innovation as an Intervening Variable (Case Study on Grand Inna Malioboro Hotel). The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between knowledge management, organizational learning, innovation, and organizational performance. The samples used in this study are employees who have positions as supervisor, officer, manager, and executive with the number of sample returned is 60 respondents. Data analysis techniques used in this study are Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The result of this study prove that: (1) There is a significant positive relationship between knowledge management and innovation; (2) There is a significant positive relationship between organizational learning and innovation; (3) There is a positive not significant relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance; (4) There is a positive not significant relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance; (5) There is a significant positive relationship between innovation and organizational learning; (6) The roleinnovation mediates the relationship between knowledge management and organizational performance; (7) and the role innovation mediates the relationship between organizational learning and organizational performance.
