Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing, kepercayan konsumen dan persepsi harga terhadap niat beli online followers Instagram Slashfootwear. Sampel pada penelitian ialah  followers Instagram Slashfootwear. Diterapkan purposive sampling technique, jumlah responden sebanyak 110. Googleform digunakan dalam pengisian kuisioner secara on line. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut; (1) terdapat pengaruh positif social media marketing terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear; (2) terdapat pengaruh positif kepercayaan konsumen terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear; (3) terdapat pengaruh positif persepsi harga terhadap niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear; (4) terdapat pengaruh positif social media marketing, kepercyaan konsumen, dan persepsi harga terhadap niat niat beli online pada followers Instagram Slashfootwear.

The high of the online loan platforms growth is a solution for MSME to raising fund during the Covid-19 pandemic. However, online loans are known have unethical business process and violate religious value. This study was conducted to capture whether a person’s ethical and religious perceptions can reduce the intention to make an online loan. This study uses questionnaires to collect data and snowball sampling method to get sample. This study uses multiple regression analysis to analize the data. This study found two results. First, ethical perceptions can reduce the intention to make online loans. Second, religiousity has no effect on intention to make online loans. The implication of this research is that borrowers use their ethical perception to reduce ther intention to make online loans rather than their religious values. Therefore, online loans platforms should increase ethical value in their business processes by not charging too high interest and more humane collection process.

Artikel ini mengkaji tentang inklusi keuangan pada masyarakat yang tinggal di kota Magelang. Setelah terjadinya krisis ekonomi di tahun 2008,  banyak masyarakat yang terdampak terutama pada golongan in the bottom f the pyramid, menjadi alasan harus adanya inklusi keuangan, tahun 2019 Jokowi mengatakan bahwa inklusi keuangan Indonesia masih tergolong rendah di bandingkan negara ASEAN lainnya, yaitu 76% sedangkan tahun 2024 mendatang Jokowi menargetkan tingkat inklusi keuangan mencapai 90%. Sehingga literasi keuangan dan financial technology digunakan untuk mengukur seberapa besar pengaruhnya terhadap inklusi keuangan. Metode..penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode pangambilan sampel purposive sampling kepada 165 responden. Hasil temuan dari penelitian ini adalah literasi keuangan (thitung5.523) dan fintech (thitung 8.563) baik secara parsial atau simultan berpengaruh terhadap inklusi keuangan, keduanya memiliki pengaruh yang sama baik dengan angka signifikansi (0.000). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk mendukung tercapainya inklusi keuangan perlu memperhatikan peningkatan literasi keuangan dan peningkatan penggunaan finanacial technology yang tersedia.

This study aims to conduct laboratory experiments to examine the tendency of risk selection as a variable that affects managers in making investment decisions. Gender factor is used as a moderating variable in this study. Gender differences are thought to play a role as a variable that strengthens or weakens managers in making investment decisions. Research data collection was carried out using a 1 x 2 experimental design between subjects. Experiments will be carried out using a computer assisted program. Regarding the Covid-19 pandemic, the experiment will be carried out online with the help of zoom technology and google form with a limited time so that it approaches the experiment which is carried out directly through face to face. Hypotheses were tested using Pearson Chi Square statistical tools and ANOVA Two Way with Interaction. The result of this research is the tendency of risk selection affects investment decision making. while gender is not a moderating variable in this study.

The objectives of this study are: Mapping short-term and long-term strategies for Koperasi Simpan Pinjam (KSP) and or Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Syari’ah (KSPPS) in handling loans in the Covid-19 pandemic era and mapping KSP/KSPPS strategies in handling non-performing loans. in the era of the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The data collected is in the form of data on the handling of loans/financing carried out by KSP and KSPPS. Data collection methods used are documentation, questionnaires and interviews. Documents in the form of RAT reports for 2020 and 2021, questionnaires and interviews were conducted online using google forms and chat, with the research subjects being KSP and KSPPS managers throughout DIY. The results of the study indicate that there are 5 (five) short-term strategies and 4 (four) long-term strategies that need to be implemented, while there are 3 (three) strategies that need to be implemented in handling non-performing loans. The limitation of this study is that in digging up data, it only uses Google Forms which are distributed to several social media groups as well as individual KSP/KSPPS managers and also interviews with online systems so that the sample cannot be large. Meanwhile, recommendations that can be given for future research are that more research samples can be added, and the research area can be expanded.

Online food delivery (OFD) is an innovative and simple way of purchasing food online. This study aims to examine consumer purchase intentions to use OFD Go-food services during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a survey of 100 consumers who have the Go-jek application in Kebumen to fill out the questionnaire. The sample technique was taken by using purposive sampling technique, then the data were processed using SPSS version 25.0 and analyzed using path analysis. The findings of this study indicate that the convenience motivation and perceived ease of use are proven unable to directly influence consumer intention to use OFD. Meanwhile, convenience motivation and perceived ease of used have an effect on perceived usefulness. Other results indicate that perceived usefulness is able to act as a mediating variable between convenience motivation, perceived ease of use on consumer purchase intentions using OFD

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention mediated by workplace incivility. Workplace incivility is uses as an intervening variable. This study uses a path analysis approach to determine the relationship between variables, namely, job satisfaction, workplace incivility and also turnover intention. The population in this study were coffee shop employees. The method of data collection is done by a survey through a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement. The number of samples of 100 respondents using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The validity test shows all valid variables and Cornbach's Alpha reliability tests are all reliable. The results of the research questions have been proven correct. Job satisfaction is a positive effect on turnover intention which is mediated by workplace incivility. Kata kunci: Job Satisfaction, Workplace Incivility, Turnover Intention

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of Working CapitalManagement on Profitabilty in Consumers Goods listed on the Bursa EfekIndonesia (BEI) aims to analyze the influence of woring capital in the from of:Cash Turnover, Account Receivable Turnover, and Inventory Turnover toProfitability (Return On Asset) at Consumers Goods Sector. This research methoduses multiple linear regression analysys with the help of SPSS 23.00 softwarewhich is used to see the inflyence between the independent variables in the fromCash Turnover, Account Recevaible Turnover, and Inventory Turnover to ReturnOn Asset (ROA)). The sample of this research is 31 consumer goods sector in2015-2018, so there are 124 annual report obtained through purposive sampling,then analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. The result showed thadbased on the F test, the independent variable had an effect on the ROA, it isindicated of 6.765 and significance of 0.000, overall the independent variable wasable to eaplain the effect 59,60%. While based on the partial t test, shows that thevariable Cash Turnover, Account Recevaible Turnover, and Inventory Turnoverhas a positive and siginificant effect on Profitability.

A brand trust that has been highly expected by consumers indicates the brandimage of the product is also high, thus moving consumers to make a purchase ofa product. The research method used in this study is quantitative with a crosssectional design. The sampling technique in this study used convenience sidetechniques with 100 respondents. The data collection method used a closedquestionnaire and the analysis technique used is PLS. The results showed thatproduct quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and repurchasedecision. Brand trust has a positive effects on customer satisfaction but has noeffect on repurchase decision. Consumer satisfaction has a positive effect onrepurchase decision. Consumer satisfaction mediates product quality and brandtrust on the repurchases decision of wedang uwuh halal.

The spread of the covid-19 disease outbreak has brought urgent changes in varioussectors. The government’s advice to stay at home and keep your distance shouldbe followed by a change in learning methods from face-to-face to online learning.The purpose of this study is to explore the extent to which factors such as situationalfactors, academic factors, and psychological factors can influence students’academic cheating behavior during online learning, and to propose strategies topromote academic integrity in higher education when learning is conducted on anounce line.This type of research is quantitative research with a descriptiveapproach. The samples studied were all S1 Accounting Faculty of Economicswhich is still active in the even semester of The Academic Year 2019/2020 whohad taken the online exam and learning online with a sample number of 153 studentsusing purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis techniques in this study usingPLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 software. The results of this study showed thatpsychological factors and academic factors have no significant effect on onlinecheating. But situational factors as intervening variables have a significant effectonline cheating
