As embodied in Malaysia's Vision 2020, Malaysia aims to become a cashless country. Therefore, the existing statistical data indicated that the e-wallet adoption rate remains at a low percentage. It has been a barrier for Malaysia in achieving the aims to become a cashless country. The use of e-wallet was also expected to rise amidst the Covid-19 pandemic; to optimize an intervention for the Covid-19 outbreak. Thus, the current study investigates the factors that correlate with the intention to use e-wallet during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study is designed using a quantitative approach through cross-sectional data. A total of 160 Malaysian youths participated and collected by using an online survey. Further, the Task-Technology Fit (TTF) model and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) were integrated into this study with an extended variable, namely, perceived credibility. The analysis results showed that Individual-Technology Fit, Task-Technology Fit, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Credibility were significantly correlated to Covid19 intra-period e-wallet adoption. In conclusion, a considerable theoretical contribution was demonstrated by integrating TTF-TAM and Perceived Credibility in a single integrated model. The constructs in the TTF model (i.e., Individual-technology fit and task-technology fit) has positively related to the constructs in the TAM model (i.e., perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use). This study is useful to stakeholders and provides enhanced directions to meet market needs by understanding and predicting e-wallet user's post-pandemic behavior, thereby helping service providers attract new users and retain their existing users.

Purpose -Response to the sudden pandemic, COVID-19 drastic shift of work practices requires the implementation of an e-learning system, but their adoption requires a thorough understanding of the user acceptance process. Our key effort is to incorporate a framework, “internet experience” to determine the existing Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) applicability in describing students’ s e-learning decisions in Haryana state. Design/methodology- The researcher has administered a questionnaire based on TAM’s constructs and collected data from UG and PG students of Haryana state of India. Findings – The results revealed that perceived usefulness (PU) has a significant positive relationship with continuous usage intention (CUI) whilst, perceived ease of use (PEOU), computer self-efficacy (CSE) and internet experience (IE) have not. Attitude towards E-learning system (ATELS) has found no relevance in this model. Originality/value Majority research has been done using the TAM model in a developed nation. Empirical study has not been done in Haryana state so far.

The present study aims to enrich the research on online entrepreneurship education, improve the level and ability of entrepreneurship services in China, and improve the overall success rate of entrepreneurship. Based on the technology acceptance model (TAM) proposed by researcher Davis, the study explores the application of TAM in online entrepreneurship education for new entrepreneurs. First, new entrepreneurs who are users of the online entrepreneurship education platform are selected as research objects, and then the influence of the four factors are studied, including perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, classroom self-efficacy, and perceived external control. Finally, the hypothesis proposed is tested. Results show that online entrepreneurship education influences the perceived ease of use of the user and perceived credibility: the quality of the online entrepreneurship education has a positive impact on the user's perceived usefulness, interactivity has a positive influence on perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and interactivity positively influences the perceived ease of use of the user and perceived credibility. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and perceived credibility have a positive impact on the behavioral intention of the users. The proposed TAM provides some technical and theoretical support for the application of TAM in online entrepreneurship education for new entrepreneurs.

The research conducted aims to examine the effect of facility conditions and social influences on the technology acceptance model (TAM) construct consisting of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, attitude toward using, behavioral intentions to use, and actual use to GoPay and OVO consumers. This research was conducted on students who are actively studying at Tarumanagara University, Trisakti University, and Atmajaya University who are also GoPay and OVO users in April 2019. The sampling technique used is based on the Slovin formula. Source of research data is the result of the distribution of questionnaire instruments, where the assessment of the response of each sample is measured using a Likert scale. The results of data collection are then analyzed using the structural equation model. The results of the study prove that the condition of the facility and social influence as an external variable in the TAM model under study has a positive effect on perceived ease and perceived benefits. The results of this study explain that the better the facilities, which include facilities and infrastructure in the use of GoPay and OVO as e-money, as well as the more people who use GoPay and OVO will tend to have an impact on the formation of perceptions of convenience and perceptions of benefits that are increasingly positive so as to encourage individuals to have a positive attitude and greater interest to use GoPay and OVO to help with the activities or activities undertaken.

Background: It is critical to understand the factors that could affect the acceptance of the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccine in the community. The aim of this study was to determine factors that could possibly affect the acceptance of Indonesian citizens of COVID-19 vaccination. Methods: An online survey was conducted between the first and fifth of November, 2020. Participants were asked to respond to questions on acceptance, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived religiosity towards, and amount of information about COVID-19. This study used the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the framework to decide factors that affect vaccine acceptance. Structural Equation Model was employed to assess the correlation between all explanatory variables and vaccine acceptance. Mann-Whitney test and Kruskal-Wallis rank were employed to assess demographic factors associated with acceptance. Results: In total, 311 responses were included for analysis. Our TAM model suggested that high perceived usefulness significantly increased COVID-19 vaccine acceptance and high perceived ease of use significantly increased the perceived usefulness. Perceived religiosity did not substantially affect vaccine acceptance. The amount of information on COVID-19 also did not significantly affect vaccine acceptance. Our data suggested that vaccine acceptance was associated with age, type of occupation, marital status and monthly income to some degree. Conclusion: Since perceived usefulness affects vaccine acceptance, the government should focus on the usefulness of the vaccine when promoting the COVID-19 vaccine to Indonesian citizens. In addition, since perceived ease of use significantly affects users’ acceptance to COVID-19 vaccine, the easier to acquire the vaccine in the community, the higher chance that the citizens are willing to be vaccinated.

Computer and related technologies provide powerful tools to meet the new challenges of designing and implementing assessments methods that go beyond the conventional practices. With the growing population of students in most Nigerian Universities, there is need for the use of Computer-Based Test (CBT) for assessment. CBT has long been regarded as a potentially powerful asset for providing assessment. The successes of transition from Paper-Based Test (PBT) to CBT in Nigerian universities prompted this study to investigate students perceptions in this field based on a survey study underpinned by the modified Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as the research framework. The study is descriptive and the factors that can predict acceptance of CBT for examination in the Nigerian Universities was investigated in a survey study involving 1506 students. The dimensions used in the study were Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU) and Perceived Credibility (PC). The three dimensions envisage the use of CBT. The study revealed amongst others that the usefulness, ease of use and credibility are important in the’ use of computer-based test in Nigerian universities. Based on the result, it was recommended that students’ gender and field of study be considered in the use of CBT.
