With the expansion of global trade and technological progress, China’s cross-border E-commerce trade has extended a new subdivision industry–Fresh Food E-commerce. Since its birth, China’s fresh food E-commerce enterprises have developed rapidly and gradually built a diversified global supply chain system, but they are also faced with dangerous risks. This paper introduces the external risks of politics, economy and society and the internal risks represented by supplier risks, logistics risks and operation risks encountered by enterprises in the construction of global supply chain, discusses the sources of the risks, and puts forward corresponding strategies on this basis.

The global supply chain system includes sea, air, and inland transportations. The port logistics plays an important role in the maritime transportation. The aim of this study is to analyze the operation management of the world’s top 20 container ports by using SWOT (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat) analysis method. Finally, some conclusions and suggestions are given to the international manufacturers, port managers, and departments of governmental maritime.

The H robust control problem of linear uncertain system is studied in this article. With international business has expanded largely in all areas of the world, some problems have also appeared in the global supply chain system. The causes of these problems are mostly from the demand and time uncertainties, so we set up a dynamic cooperation system model to reflect these uncertainties. In a further way, we propose the H robust control strategy and LMI algorithm to reduce the uncertainty influences. And using of SIMILINK tool to make simulation analysis of the system is shown at the end of this paper. Through the setback control of inventory state to restrain the disturbance of uncertain factors, we can achieve an ideal state of global supply chain system in the long run.

By establishing a two-level symbiotic supply chain system consisting of one supplier and one manufacturer, we use Stackelberg method to analyze the optimal price and revenue model of supplier and manufacturer in the symbiotic supply chain under two power structures in which the supplier and manufacturer are dominant respectively, and analyze the influence of the degree of symbiosis and power structure on the model. Through comparative analysis, we find that: There is a relationship between the income level and the degree of symbiosis in the symbiotic supply chain. The change of power structure will affect the relative benefits of suppliers and manufacturers in the symbiotic supply chain. The manufacturer’s expected unit product revenue will affect the supply chain revenue when the manufacturer is dominant. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters is carried out through an example analysis, and the validity of the conclusion is verified. This paper has a guiding significance for the behavior of enterprises in the cogeneration supply chain.
