Abstract This paper reconsiders the classic relationship between trade and economic development. We examine the short-term and long-run dynamics between trade and income for 167 countries over the period 1970–2011 and assume that the effect is not homogenous for all countries but rather varies according to the development stage and the degree of trade openness. We apply panel cointegration, Granger causality and panel error correction in combination with Dynamic Ordinary Least Squares and General Method of Moments estimation to explore the causal relationship between these two variables. The results suggest a statistically significant positive short-run and long-run global relationship between trade and income. However, when splitting the panel into different income and trade openness groups, a long-run relationship is observed only for high-income countries and countries with a relatively high degree of trade openness.

The paper aims to be a model of analysis on passenger transport management for Bucharest and the metropolitan area, in order to stimulate the economic development of the city by supporting economic activities of local interest, by increasing the mobility of the transport system, economic activities that benefit local communities and that do not adversely affect people's health or the environment. The analysis presented proposes the use of geospatial information systems for urban traffic management and the construction of traffic simulation models.

— Convenient routine of riding in a public transport is by at large, a primary concern of the commuters as they conform on their safety while reaching such destinations. Vital to this, transportation resembles a big role in our modern society specifically when reaching any destination while carrying goods and service not only for convenience but also safety. Since the earliest days of the industrial revolution, transportation has smoothed economic development by moving materials, resources, products, and people. Rural areas in the Philippines are known in the use of “Trikes” or Tri-bike, a motorcycle attached to a side car, in transporting from one place to another. “iSakay” is a Filipino word meaning “ride” or “to book for a ride”. Due to the increasing needs of the commuters in the rural areas, ineffectiveness in communication with the drivers have still experienced and mostly, the difficulty in acquiring a ride in tribike becomes a problem. The researchers came up with an idea of designing and developing an Android-Based booking system that centralizes the transport management of the tri-bikes in the rural areas around the Philippines. The centralized booking system can massively produce a dashboard by means of showing data analytics via “cloud” as input and guide for the future enhancement and development of the tri-bike management system. The researchers utilized waterfall model in the development of the said software which in turns led to emanate beneficial solution to the commuters. The systems’ functionality, reliability and accuracy are tested and evaluated which in turns gives a very simple yet important recommendation easing the normal problems faced by those rural areas in the Philippines

Development material administration from the underlying stage to the development stage is the fundamental issue for the structure extends the expense of the undertaking increments when the arranging, controlling and coordinating of material is poor. To keep up the viable material administration to accomplish a convenient inventory of material and gear and to diminish the task cost and finish on schedule. This paper clarifies about the systems which are utilizing for stock control the board for development venture ABC analysis will be applied for four exceptionally affected materials by utilizing this method we will acquire economic development utilizing the S-CURVE strategy for the variety between arranged expense and genuine expense for material things however materials waste is the major problems in Afghanistan construction industry that has significant implications in both the proficiency of the business and the natural effect of construction project due to top material management.
