This study aims to analyze the stock inventory control of Mie Dzohir's raw materials in Bengkulu. The analytical method used is Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Reorder Point (ROP), Total Inventory Cost (TIC) and Safety Stock (SS). The results showed that to meet the raw material needs of 91,375 kg during the research period, from January 2020 to December 2020 (12 months), the number of economical purchases/EOQ of wheat flour raw materials that had to be made by the Mie Dzohir factory in Bengkulu was as much as 5,372 kg for each order with a purchase frequency of 17 times for a period from January 2020 to December 2020. Reorders or reorder points (ROP) can also be determined, namely reordering should be done when 345 kg of inventory is in warehouse, with a lead time of 1 days so as not to hamper the company's production process. The total inventory cost (TIC) can also be determined, namely the total cost of raw material inventory of Rp. 3.572.188, - therefore, it can save on inventory costs of Rp. 1.051.697,- .Safety stock (SS) of 95 kg which must be in the warehouse, this is intended therefore, there is no shortage of wheat flour raw materials if there is a delay in the delivery of raw materials.

Purpose The purpose of the research has been the primary consideration and evaluation of a cost effective, reliable, robust and simple process of radio frequency identification (RFID)-based stock control, asset management and monitoring of concrete safety bollards used in the road environment. Likewise, the consideration of the use of the same system and technology to other items in and around the general road infrastructure. Design/methodology/approach The research approach undertaken has been an evaluation of the use of currently available RFID technology, with a key emphasis on low cost, ease of use, reliability and convenience. Practical field exercises completed in considering the relevant RFID tags and readers and associated software and apps and necessary software integration and development have been undertaken. At the same time, evaluating the specific limits created in the specific environment is being applied. Of particular interest has been the use of a moving scan in a vehicle drive-through or pass-bye, type reading system. This has been determined to be viable and completely practical, drastically reducing the key issue of time-taken. Practical application of the system from idea to real life application has been undertaken. The integration of the use of the RFID tag and reader system with necessary and related software to database upload and storage has been established. The creation of an online facility to allow the appropriate use of the data and to include the convenient output of an asset report has been undertaken. Findings The findings have provided the necessary insight confirming the use of RFID technology as a simple yet reliable, cost effective and adaptable stock control, asset management and geo-locating system in the road environment. The use of such systems in this particular environment is in its infancy, and is perhaps novel and original in the specific aspect of using the system to stock control, manage and monitor road safety concrete bollards and other roadside objects in the road environment. Originality/value To establish if in fact, stock control geo-locating can be reliably undertaken with the use of RFID tags and readers in the specific road and road construction environment, particularly with the use of moving RFID reading of passive tags. To establish the minimum requirements of a field usable RFID tag and reader, specifically applicable to the concrete safety bollards, however to other roadside furniture. To identify the minimum requirements of a function, simple app to minimise general requirements of the overall stock control and monitoring of the RFID-tagged objects. To establish the possibility of reading the tag data, global positioning system (GPS) location and video imaging footage as a single operation function. To determine the basic parameters or limits of the GPS geo-locating, on the proposed products selected and overall system. To determine the current best practice in respect of reasonable accuracy and detail in relation to price considerations to a fully function stock control and monitoring system. To identify the minimum requirements of an online database to receive, house and provide ongoing access to and report on the data. To identify the key differences and benefits between traditional stock control and monitoring systems, against that of proposed RFID tag, read and geo-locating system.

The use of wastewater in fish culture depends on supplement reusing, which improves essential usefulness, planktonic biomass, macrophytes, what’s more, benthic living beings that determine fish creation. The creation of fishes could be improved to 10 tons/ha through wastewater reusing by legal stock control and the board. The decrepit grounds around a sewage fish ranch could be used for agrihorticultural creation by reusing both muck and sewage water, bringing about an absolute agro creation of around 110 ton/ha through rotational vegetable trimming. The potential for extra creation of vegetables not just improves income yet additionally makes business.

Stock is the most important thing in running a shop business. The right amount of stock of raw materials will be very helpful in the operation of the shop business. The shop will be able to minimize losses such as reducing the cost of maintaining the stock of raw materials, minimizing the damage to the stock of raw materials due to being stored for too long, and ensuring the quality of the stock of raw materials. The purpose of this study is to assist the shop in minimizing its losses by building a stock control website and order prediction using the EOQ method. With this website, it produces the optimal amount of stock with EOQ calculations that can be used by shops to place stock orders. The amount of stock produced is obtained from sales data from September 2019 to September 2020. The results of this study are expected to help the shop in managing the optimal amount of stock.

The purpose of this service activity is to provide Training, Coaching, and Assistance for Stock Control Management Applications and it is hoped that the participants can; 1) Understand the strategy for the supply of goods, 2) Understand and be able to control spare parts, 3) Be able to provide the goods needed in the remodeling process, 4) Be able to manage spare parts efficiently and be able to apply methods Determine the level of reordering and minimum inventory for inventory optimization, and 5) Evaluating the material planning system that has been running so that we can find out the core of the problems faced and how to solve them. The method of implementing the program to be carried out is; 1) Presentation, 2) Experience Sharing Discussion, 3) Training (Training for Users), and 4) Further assistance in the use of the application. This Community Service Implementation Activity was held for 4 (four) months from early December 2019 to the end of March 2020. This activity was attended by all personnel of Gober Indo's local business partners. Based on the results of the activities that have been carried out, several conclusions can be drawn, namely; 1) The development of a web-based Stock Control Management application has been successfully built, 2) Assistance and training activities for the use of the appropriate Stock Control Management Application and can help partners, 3) Service activities that are followed very enthusiastically, It can be seen that many members and owners have attended the training, and 4) Supporting activities for the Stock Control Management Application are expected to continue with the development of partner business finances.

Inventory control management is considered a fundamental tool for the management of a company, since it allows processes to be managed efficiently. With less resources and more savings. This study aims to: identify and model the inventory control processes that already exist in the company, analyze the inventory that already exists in the company, describe the methodology for inventory control and propose actions of the methodology that allow corrections of inventory activities already identified. The goal is to propose a methodology for optimizing stock control that is able to define how much and when to buy products. The materials and methods applied in the execution of the work were divided into the following four stages: data collection, process mapping, analysis of improvement opportunities, research design, as well as guidelines for the application of the case study and implementation of the proposal for improvements. The results achieved allowed for the implementation of the methodology, where a 30% reduction in the problems of non-attendance was allowed. Also as a contribution were the goals to be achieved as positive factors such as lean inventory, improvements to efficient customer service, increased capital turnover and increased company profits.
