Abstract. Parison wall thickness electro-hydraulic control system is the core of parison wall thickness control for large scale blow molding machine. In order to ensure the equalization of the wall thickness for the hollow products and to save material, in this paper analyzed the project of the parison wall thickness electro-hydraulic control system for blow molding machine and designed the parison wall thickness electro-hydraulic positional closed-loop control system which adopted the high performance proportional valve. Through simulation analysis and experiment, it was proved that through positional feedback control of the core of high performance proportional valve, the response frequency of the electro-hydraulic proportional valve can be improved so as to improve the dynamic quality of the system, achieved the requirement for higher control precision and dynamic response and satisfied the requirement for fast speed and control precision for plastic extrusion-blow hollow molding machine. It can be seen that it is effective to adopt the closed-loop control strategy for Parison wall thickness electro-hydraulic control system and more important, it has operation significance for improving the quality and ensure the precision of the products.

Pump-control-motor hydraulic drive system is a common used volume speed-modulating loop in hydraulic control system. Aiming at the working conditions of the cutter head of the tunnel excavator used in the large underground excavation, a pump-control-motor hydraulic drive system was applied that composed of three variable displacement hydraulic pumps and eight hydraulic motors, which can control the rotate speed of the cutter head in real time. The simulation model of the pump-control-motor was established using the AMESim software. The relationships among the rotate speed, torque of the cutter head and the system pressure, system flow were investigated in detail under several typical working conditions in tunneling. The relevant results can provide theory references for design of pump-control-motor hydraulic control system in other occasions.

This paper introduces the hydraulic control system design for the change-wheel garage of Chongqing light rails through analysis of three-stage cylinder synchronization circuit for lifting bodies, and optimizing the design of the slewing mechanism with respect to the hydraulic servo control system of digital cylinder. The results improved the smoothness in the process of changing wheel lifting and the rotary accuracy of the rotary mechanism. Design on the PLC control system of the system is also included as part of this paper.
