The paper proposes a large approach to pneumatic systems starting from the mathematical laws, written in the form of differential equations, which govern the operation of pneumatic systems and continuing with the simulation model. The concept of integrated design includes all approaches, needed for an optimal and deep system understanding, such as modeling, simulation and control. Pneumatic actuators have a nonlinear functionality because of air compressibility, the existing frictions and the valves nonlinearities. Because of these, they are used in high speed applications and simple positioning systems. Thus, the mathematical analyses of pneumatic systems have received a special attention. The differential equations were implemented in Matlab Simulink, and the model input represents the voltage on the electromagnetic valve, and the output seen on the "scope" represents the movement of the piston pneumatic axis. Some control algorithms are implemented and applied to the model and seen the basic differences.

We propose an integrated design method to Network attack and defense Simulation training system. Firstly, taking the actual network attack and defense subjects as materials, establishes the system-related military scenario and models several use cases from the perspective of system resources and user needs. Then, using these use cases plans every system components (federate members) in terms of the distributed framework of HLA. More importantly, the workflow of a typical use case according to the publish/subscribe relationship among federate members is described. Associated with this use case, the structure (and behavior) model, internal/external class and program points of the system are modeled, defined and designed respectively. Finally, the expansibility of the system is described in detail. This method can accurately grasp the properties, functions, behaviors and other characteristics of system members (objects) and improve the rationality and consistency of the simulation system modeling.

Virtual manufacturing technology is used to simulate the computer numerical control (CNC) lathe, virtual prototype of the CNC lathe is established. In the simulating process, the explain module and the check module of the CNC code are analyzed, the differential radial dynamic scaling technology is used to simulate the workpiece forming process, then the motion simulation of the virtual CNC lathe system is realized, and the system is drived by the CNC code. The machining process and workpiece forming process can be observed directly in the virtual environment, so the correctness of the CNC code can be checked in advance to avoid the interference, collisions or other problems in the actual lathe processing and reduce the the scrap rate of the workpiece and tool in the actual machining process.

Virtual assembly is one of the main contents of the virtual manufacturing; assembly process simulation is an important part to product virtual assembly. The establishment and optimization technology of three-dimensional assembly simulation scene have been studied to develop a virtual machine assembly simulation system, which achieve a virtual simulation of assembly and disassembly of the machine and the integration and improvement of existing collision detection library, design and implement a graphical simulation system collision detection module, which can real-time interference checking to machine parts motion. The system has good human-computer interaction and visual interface, versatility, can be applied to any organization's assembly simulation, and through examples of the validity of the system.
