The author has been using Chinese herbal medicine to treat people via video call consultations through the pandemic, with good success. She has carefully observed, analysed, classified and summarized the symptoms. She had highlighted that the covid virus does not only affect the function of the lung, but also affects the function of the spleen, heat, liver and Kidney. She has mainly seen the following four types of disease: Suspected Covid-19, Covid-19 mild case, Post virus syndromes and Covid-19 related stress syndrome. She has created treatment principles and selected suitable prescriptions for each Zhuang Fu system, according to the different symptoms and differentiations; giving great guidance to clinical practice and study

Myalgic encephalomyelitis/chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS) is a complex, only partially understood multi-system disease whose onset and severity vary widely. Symptoms include overwhelming fatigue, post-exertional malaise, sleep disruptions, gastrointestinal issues, headaches, orthostatic intolerance, cognitive impairment, etc. ME/CFS is a physiological disease with an onset often triggered by a viral or bacterial infection, and sometimes by toxins. Some patients have a mild case and are able to function nearly on a par with healthy individuals, while others are moderately ill and still others are severely, or even, very severely ill. The cohort of moderately to very severely ill is often housebound or bedbound, has lost employment or career, and has engaged in a long, and often futile, search for treatment and relief. Here, we present three case studies, one each of a moderately ill, a severely ill, and a very severely ill person, to demonstrate the complexity of the disease, the suffering of these patients, and what health care providers can do to help.

Introduction: irst cases of a disease called coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by a novel virus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) of the coronavirus family, were detected in December 2019. The disease is manifested by a variety of symptoms and can run a different course: from oligosymptomatic or asymptomatic to the development of acute respiratory failure and even death. Aim: The aim of this paper is to provide critical analysis of the potential pulmonary complications after COVID-19 infection. Material and methods: We have provided the systematic literature review based on which we have discussed the pathophysiology of COVID-19, its outcomes, risk factors and pulmonary complications. Results and discussion: The organs that are most often affected by a SARS-CoV-2 infection are the lungs. An infection with this virus can lead to a severe respiratory tract illness, both in the acute phase and as a complication after a relatively mild case. There are numerous observations of patients convalescing from COVID-19 who suffer from the interstitial pulmonary disease with fibrosis. There are also reported cases of spontaneous pneumothorax after COVID-19. Conclusions: It should be borne in mind that other late complications may appear with time.

Patient was COVID-19 positive Dehydration and hypotension was corrected, metabolic acidosis continued and eventually patient succumb due to multiple organ failure. This case report should arouse us to suspect COVID infection in every acute Gastroenteritis child who may not have any common symptoms as seen in COVID patient, also who have no history of significant contact with COVID positive patient in family. Some people with COVID-19 develop gastrointestinal symptoms either alone or with respiratory symptoms. Recently, researchers at Stanford University found that a third of patients they studied with a mild case of COVID-19 had symptoms affecting the digestive system. Another recent study Trusted Source published by researchers in Beijing found that anywhere from 3 to 79 percent of people with COVID-19 develop gastrointestinal symptoms.
