We consider a complex multi-objective programming problem (CMP). In order to establish the optimality conditions of problem (CMP), we introduce several properties of optimal efficient solutions and scalarization techniques. Furthermore, a certain parametric dual model is discussed, and their duality theorems are proved.

Abstract As an important link of emergency logistics, emergency material distribution has been widely concerned and applied in the development of today’s society. From the consideration of the fairness and efficiency of material distribution, there is a kind of negative and negative relationship between them. As a lever, information updating can be used to solve the problems of fairness and efficiency in the distribution of emergency supplies. Based on fuzzy objective programming, the classification decision model of emergency materials is discussed in this paper.

Based on the current background of airport management and flight-gate scheduling in China, this paper takes Shanghai Pudong International Airport’s flight number of the rising and landing aircraft in a certain day as the research object, and it establishes an uncertain FGAP (Flight-Gate Assignment Problem) multi-objective programming model under the framework of uncertainty theory. Using genetic algorithm to solve the model, the specific flight-gate assignment scheduling plan is given. The research results show that the model in this paper can effectively alleviate the problems, such as unbalanced flight-gate allocation and excessive operating pressure of a single gate, in the conventional model, and make the allocation and scheduling more reasonable and efficient. Finally, we give the future application of uncertainty theory in finance and management, as well as the prospect of combining it with symmetry in physics.

As far as airborne sensors are concerned, the measurement accuracy is an important indicator that cannot be ignored and may directly affect final measurement results. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of a flush air data sensing (FADS), which is an advanced sensor, this paper proposed a new method based on the normal cloud model and the multi-objective programming (MOP). First, the high-precision FADS model is established by using the database obtained with the CFD software and aerodynamics knowledge. Meanwhile, the uncertainty and randomness of signals caused by measurement noise are quantitatively analyzed by using the normal cloud model. Then, in the process of data fusion, a new method for calculating the weights is proposed based on the slack variable method and the Lagrange multiplier method. The simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the measurement accuracy by 3.2% and reduce the dispersion of measurement data by 68.88%.
