Electric machines and power drives of various sizes and ratings are fundamental elements in many applications, such as electric appliances, electric propulsion, medical systems, all with specific limits of electromagnetic emissions, different from those of the original EMC product standards. As compliance should be assessed and guaranteed during design and procurement, this work compares the conducted and radiated emission limits and discusses the variability of results for the respective test setups and measurement methods, including the most relevant source of uncertainty.

Abstract. This program aims to empower and develop the potential of the community, especially in terms of empowering and improving the community's economy in the Kasihan hamlet. The resulting output is the formation of a Joint Business Group (KUB) in the hamlet of Kasihan RT.6, products that can be marketed to a wider area, packaging that meets attractive product standards and branding, markets and manages their businesses well. In addition, the initiation of the formation of Sharia cooperatives is also one of the outcomes of this program. Another outcome of this program is the results of reporting can be disseminated and published in scientific journals / proceding. As the target of this service is the Kasihan hamlet community group that already has a cake and snack business. This partner was chosen because the problems they have can be integrated between KUB and business financing in the Syariah Cooperative. To achieve the success of this activity, the method used is a practical packaging and marketing discussion and training by instructors who are experts in marketing management, as well as initiating the formation of cooperatives with socialization on Sharia Cooperatives. The steps taken include the preparation and implementation phases through observation, preparation of training materials, scheduling training time, Sharia Cooperative socialization, training and assistance, monitoring and final report.Keywords: Kasiha Hamlet, KUB Snack, Sharia Cooperative, PKM, UMYAbstrak. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan dan mengembangkan potensi masyarakat, khususnya dalam hal pemberdayaan dan peningkatan ekonomi masyarakat di dusun Kasihan. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah terbentuknya Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUB) di dusun Kasihan RT.6, produk yang dapat dipasarkan ke daerah yang lebih luas, pengemasan yang memenuhi standard dan branding produk yang menarik, memasarkan serta memanajemen usahanya dengan baik. Selain itu, inisiasi pembentukan koperasi Syariah juga merupakan salah satu luaran dari program ini. Luaran lain dari program ini adalah hasil pelaporan dapat diseminarkan dan dipublikasikan dalam jurnal/proceding ilmiah. Sebagai sasaran pengabdian ini adalah kelompok masyarakat dusun Kasihan yang telah memiliki usaha kue dan snack. Mitra ini dipilih karena permasalahan yang dimiliki dapat diintegrasikan antara KUB dengan pembiayaan usaha di Koperasi Syariah. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan kegiatan ini, metode yang digunakan adalah   diskusi   dan   pelatihan   praktis   pengemasan dan pemasaran oleh instruktur yang ahli dalam amanajemen pemasaran, serta menginisiasi terbentuknya koperasi dengan sosialisasi tentang Koperasi Syariah. Adapun langkah-langkah   yang ditempuh meliputi tahap persiapan dan tahap pelaksanaan melalui observasi, penyiapan materi pelatihan, mengagendakan waktu pelatihan, sosialisasi Koperasi Syariah, pelatihan dan pendampingan, monitoring dan laporan akhir. Kata Kunci: Dusun Kasiha, KUB Snack, Koperasi Syariah, PKM, UMY
