The development of flagellate erythema secondary to bleomycin treatment is a rare adverse effect. The prevalence varies between 8 to 22% of patients and it is becoming rarer. Flagellate erythema presents as a scaly erythematous papule. A lower amount of bleomycin hydrolase in regions with reduced production, such as skin and lungs, decreases bleomycin degradation, which allows its accumulation in tissues, triggering an inflammatory process, especially in patients with lower basal enzyme function. We report a clinical case of a severe presentation of flagellate erythema secondary to a patient ongoing bleomycin, etoposide and platinum (BEP) based chemotherapy of non-seminomatous testis cancer.

UNSTRUCTURED Bullous pemphigoid is among the commonest pruritic skin lesion and affecting mainly the elderly. It is caused by an immunologic reaction between auto-antibodies and hemidesmosome proteins. Several forms of typical bullous pemphigoid post linaglipltin have been reported. However, this is the first reported case of atypical non-bullous pemphigoid after linagliptin intake. The patient presented with multiple erythematous papule and nodules on the upper extremity and on trunk. Diagnosis was made with biopsy followed by direct immunofluorescence. Direct immunofluorescence showed linear IgG and C3 antibodies to hemidesmosomes at lamina Lucida of the basement membrane.

Introduction: Porokeratosis is a benign hyperkeratotic skin tumour due to a clonal proliferation of keratinocytes and is characterised by a telltale annular threadlike configuration along the border of a skin-colored to erythematous papule that can expand centrifugally. Case Presentation: We are presenting a clinical and dermoscopic case of pigmented disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) limited to the upper trunk of a white man with sun-damaged skin. Literature Review and Conclusion: A thorough review of PubMed failed to identify any previous reports on the dermoscopic appearance of pigmented porokeratosis. On dermoscopy, the presence of black dots limited to the periphery of the lesions is due to pigment incontinence and melanophages within the superficial papillary dermis limited to the area below the cornoid lamella. Pigmented DSAP is a unique morphological presentation of porokeratosis, and it is essential to be familiar with its clinical and dermoscopic presentation.
