This study aims to gain an understanding of the role of technological capability as a moderating variable on the effect of ERP implementation on operational performance. Companies are expected to utilize information technology capability to encourage the sustainability of information technology developments. This study used secondary data from companies that have implemented ERP in Indonesia. The data were tested for validity and reliability and classical assumptions. It used moderated regression analysis by considering technological capability as a moderating variable. The sample taken consists of companies in Indonesia that have used ERP for at least three years. The result indicates that there is an effect ERP implementation on operational performance but there is no effect of technology capability as a moderating variable on the effect of ERP implementation on operational performance. This study provides theoretical and practical contributions by explaining how to build IT capability so that the implementation of ERP drives the operational performance of business processes. This implies the importance of companies implementing ERP and understanding ERP development systems such as good corporate strategies, executive support, and changes in business processes. The results of this study imply that there are factors that strengthen or weaken the effect of ERP implementation on operational performance in addition to IT capabilities.

The Information system KUBERMAS (SIMAS) in an organization or information management plays an important role as an asset for the company, because it is very necessary for good and structured management of the information system. The purpose of this study was to see the results of the level of information technology capability at the LPPM Khairun Ternate University using the COBIT 5 framework in order to help universities in IT strategy and IT services. The results of the SIMAS audit at the capability level using the COBIT 5 framework were found at an average level of 2 managed processes. The result ability level or SIMAS ability level at LPPM Khairun University in the whole process of the MEA01 and BAI01 domain is at level 2 which is managed with a value process of 2.21 at this level the process has been implemented and managed appropriately and maintained. Management that has been set is controlled and executed.

The application of technology will have a direct strategic impact on the organization. Information technology in the context of infrastructure refers to applications used to create, process, store, and disseminate knowledge to organizations. The capability of information technology will encourage the effectiveness of organizations in creating a competitive advantage. The research direction is to uncover the influence of Information Technology Capability (ITC) on Readiness to Change (RTC) of organizations mediated by the existence of the role of Leadership and Human Capital Effectiveness (HCE). These two big concepts are offered to bridge the research gap. The research sample was 166 design-based fashion manufacture industry in Central Java at the organizational level, consist of 49 males and 117 females respectively. Testing through the Structural Equation Model shows that Information Technology Capability (ITC) has an indirect influence on Readiness to Change (RTC) through Human Capital Effectiveness (HCE) which is greater than through Leadership and HCE.
