Today, in connection with the informatization of society, all spheres of life are adapting to distance working conditions. Tutors, like many other teachers, need to adapt to the new lesson format. The article examines how the services of tutors in various subjects via the Internet are provided, what software and educational resources are used to prepare and conduct distance learning, are there any significant differences from the point of view of the tutor in the distance and face-to-face training format. The preferences of tutors regarding the functionality of the system are given, which will be a tool for conducting individual lessons on the Internet. The research was carried out using an empirical method — through a survey. To participate in it were invited tutors who are already teaching online or have taught before, as well as those who are just starting to engage in online tutoring. The results of this research are presented in an article with analytical comments. A detailed description of the tutor’s activities in the process of conducting distance learning is given. As a result, it was concluded that a system for conducting distance lessons is a necessity for a modern teacher engaged in tutoring. The article presents the necessary functional minimum of such a system.

The article presents a possible construction for quantitative variability measure of parameter estimates in the data fitting problem under interval uncertainty. It is designed to show the degree of variability and ambiguity of the estimate. The problem is important since the answer to the data fitting problem may be not unique under the uncertainty of interval data. Otherwise, the problem may have a whole set of such feasible answers, and an estimate of the size of this set can serve as a variability measure of the solution. Socalled maximum compatibility method is considered as a method for evaluating the parameters of the function. An estimate of the parameters is taken as the maximum point of a special recognizing functional, i.e. a certain function that characterizes compatibility of the estimate with interval empirical data. Then the variability measure is simply computed as the product of several values found in the solution of the data fitting problem. These values are maximum of the recognizing functional, minimum of the condition number of the data matrix and the ratio of the norm of the parameter estimate to the norm of the vector of function values. A derivation of the new variability measure is given, and its application is illustrated with specific examples. In conclusion, the article discusses the motivation and interpretation of the new variability measure from the point of view of other known data characteristics.

The approach of system improvement, methodology and information technology of turbofan engine elements main parameters and operating tolerances robust estimation on basis of inverse problems concept by stochastic optimization problem are proposed. The method of multicriterion system modification problem quasisolution searching with input data uncertainly and with bordering of feasible solution class is offered. Quasisolution synthesis is realized by regularization of smoothing functional minimum searching with using the A.N. Tihonov’s method. The multicriterion modification problem numerical solution searching evolution method was created, it based on genetic algorithm using. On basis of development methodology the system aerodynamic turbofan engine (TFE) compressor improvement were made.
