     In this paper, we conduct some qualitative analysis that involves the global asymptotic stability (GAS) of the Neutral Differential Equation (NDE) with variable delay, by using  Banach contraction mapping theorem, to give some necessary conditions to achieve the GAS of the zero solution.

In this paper, we study the oscillation of solutions of fourth-order neutral delay differential equations in non-canonical form. By using Riccati transformation, we establish some new oscillation conditions. We provide some examples to examine the applicability of our results.

In this paper, new oscillation criteria for second-order half-linear neutral delay differential equations are established, using a recently developed method of iteratively improved monotonicity properties of a nonoscillatory solution. Our approach allows removing several disadvantages which were commonly associated with the method based on a priori bound for the nonoscillatory solution, and deriving new results which are optimal in a nonneutral case. It is shown that the newly obtained results significantly improve a large number of existing ones.

The neutral delay differential equations have many applications in the natural sciences, technology, and population dynamics. In this paper, we establish several new oscillation criteria for a kind of even-order quasi-linear neutral delay differential equations. Comparing our results with those in the literature, our criteria solve more general delay differential equations with neutral type, and our results expand the range of neutral term coefficient. Some examples are given to illustrate our conclusions.

The main purpose of this study is aimed at developing new criteria of the iterative nature to test the asymptotic and oscillation of nonlinear neutral delay differential equations of third order with noncanonical operator (a(ι)[(b(ι)x(ι)+p(ι)x(ι−τ)′)′]β)′+∫cdq(ι,μ)xβ(σ(ι,μ))dμ=0, where ι≥ι0 and w(ι):=x(ι)+p(ι)x(ι−τ). New oscillation results are established by using the generalized Riccati technique under the assumption of ∫ι0ιa−1/β(s)ds<∫ι0ι1b(s)ds=∞asι→∞. Our new results complement the related contributions to the subject. An example is given to prove the significance of new theorem.

Abstract A class of second-order neutral delay differential equations is considered. New oscillation criteria are established to complement and improve some known results in the literature. Two examples are given to support our results.
