The main purpose of this study is aimed at developing new criteria of the iterative nature to test the asymptotic and oscillation of nonlinear neutral delay differential equations of third order with noncanonical operator (a(ι)[(b(ι)x(ι)+p(ι)x(ι−τ)′)′]β)′+∫cdq(ι,μ)xβ(σ(ι,μ))dμ=0, where ι≥ι0 and w(ι):=x(ι)+p(ι)x(ι−τ). New oscillation results are established by using the generalized Riccati technique under the assumption of ∫ι0ιa−1/β(s)ds<∫ι0ι1b(s)ds=∞asι→∞. Our new results complement the related contributions to the subject. An example is given to prove the significance of new theorem.

New oscillatory properties for the oscillation of solutions to a class of fourth-order delay differential equations with several deviating arguments are established, which extend and generalize related results in previous studies. Some oscillation results are established by using the Riccati technique under the case of canonical coefficients. The symmetry plays an important and fundamental role in the study of the oscillation of solutions of the equations. Examples are given to prove the significance of the new theorems.

In this article, we prove some new oscillation theorems for fourth-order differential equations. New oscillation results are established that complement related contributions to the subject. We use the Riccati technique and the integral averaging technique to prove our results. As proof of the effectiveness of the new criteria, we offer more than one practical example.

The aim of the present paper is to provide oscillation conditions for fourth-order damped differential equations with advanced term. By using the Riccati technique, some new oscillation criteria, which ensure that every solution oscillates, are established. In fact, the obtained results extend, unify and correlate many of the existing results in the literature. Furthermore, two examples with specific parameter values are provided to confirm our results.

The oscillation of non-linear neutral equations contributes to many applications, such as torsional oscillations, which have been observed during earthquakes. These oscillations are generally caused by the asymmetry of the structures. The objective of this work is to establish new oscillation criteria for a class of nonlinear even-order differential equations with damping. We employ different approach based on using Riccati technique to reduce the main equation into a second order equation and then comparing with a second order equation whose oscillatory behavior is known. The new conditions complement several results in the literature. Furthermore, examining the validity of the proposed criteria has been demonstrated via particular examples.

We study the second-order neutral half-linear differential equation and formulate new oscillation criteria for this equation, which are obtained through the use of the modified Riccati technique. In the first statement, the oscillation of the equation is ensured by the divergence of a certain integral. The second one provides the condition of the oscillation in the case where the relevant integral converges, and it can be seen as a Hille–Nehari-type criterion. The use of the results is shown in several examples, in which the Euler-type equation and its perturbations are considered.

In this paper, we establish some interval oscillation criteria for impulsive conformable fractional partial delay differential equations with a forced term. The main results will be obtained by employing Riccati technique. Our results extend and improve some results reported in the literature for the classical differential equations without impulses. An example is provided to illustrate the relevance of the new theorems.

This manuscript is concerned with the oscillatory properties of 4th-order differential equations with variable coefficients. The main aim of this paper is the combination of the following three techniques used: the comparison method, Riccati technique and integral averaging technique. Two examples are given for applying the criteria.
