Various attempts have been made to combine in one composition to kill bacteria and detergents. So antiseptics such as coal tar, phenolic and crystalline preparations, mercury salts, as compounds of chlorides and iodides, arsenic and silver, and essential oils such as resin oil, terpenes, almond oil, and thyme oil. Has been used with soap, with alkaline salts of Long-chain fatty acids. The effective disinfectant is determined based on several parameters, namely: the phenol coefficient of the disinfectant and the water quality results measured from pH, dissolved oxygen (DO, dissolved oxygen), temperature and disinfectant cost. The antimicrobial effectiveness of the four selected disinfectants (Dettol, Izal, Z-Germicide and Jik) was determined using the agar diffusion method (disc paper). The results show that Dettol is most effective against the test organisms compared to other disinfectants. All noted the least antimicrobial activity. The phenol coefficient value also shows that Dettol is better when compared to other tested disinfectants. Disinfectant for external use is required to avoid infection or related disease caused by this test microorganism. This counselling was successful even though it encountered several obstacles during implementation. The steps that need to be done in making a disinfectant are determining the ingredients that are safest for humans but effective in eliminating various types of bacteria and viruses. The second stage is the implementation of activities. Activities carried out jointly by employees according to what has been planned. In the third stage, monitoring and evaluation of activities are carried out. This process is also carried out jointly with employees. Employees who work directly to random consumers will really need special knowledge on how to make disinfectant fluids. Keywords: Antiseptic, Disinfectant, Virus

Abstract The article is devoted to the characteristics of the myocardium restructuring under the influence of 0.01 LD50 mercury (II) chloride, in rats, under subchronic exposure, and the correction of the detected changes. In the work, the structural and metabolic reorganization of myocardium was studied by way of general histological, histochemical and electron microscopic techniques. Herein, administration of Unithiolum reduces the severity of reactions to toxic effects of mercury salts: decreases the intensity of inflammation in the myocardium, improves microcirculation, connective tissue and mitochondrial membranes status and reduces cardiomyocytes apoptosis. Quercetinum has a normalizing effect on the myocardium structure, reduces energy imbalance in the myocardium, and stabilizes mitochondrial membranes. Both Unithiolum and Quercetinum promote intracellular ultrastructures recovery in cardiac myocytes and in endothelial cells, and enhance the regeneration of myofibrils.

AbstractReaction mechanism of 1,1,1-trifluorotrichloroethane (CF3CCl3) and sulphur trioxide (SO3) in the presence of mercury salts (Hg2SO4 and HgSO4) was studied applying the density functional theory (DFT) at the UB3LYP/6-31+G(d,p) level. It was found that this reaction occurs in the free radical chain path as follows: mercury(I) sulphate free radical is generated by heat, causing CF3CCl3 to produce the CF3CCl2 free radical which reacts with SO3 leading to the formation of CF3CCl2OSO2 decomposing into CF3COCl and SO2Cl. The SO2Cl free radical triggers CF3CCl3 to regenerate CF3CCl2 which recycles the free radical growth reaction. This elementary reaction has the highest energy barrier and it is therefore the rate control step of the whole reaction path. Experiment data can confirm the existence of the mercury(I) salt free radical and the free radical initiation stage. So, mercury salts play the role of initiators not that of catalysts. The results agree well with our hypothesis.
