Abstract with the application and development of intelligent technology in the machining industry, the machining industry is gradually transforming from automation to intelligence. The basis of automatic machining comes from the programming of NC machining program. In the new era, CNC machine tools have high requirements for the accuracy and digitization of machining production. Macro programming technology and modularization design are introduced in NC programming. The first part of this paper introduces the NC machining programming technology. The second part analyzes the technical requirements of NC machining programming technology in improving the accuracy of machining parts; the third part discusses the automatic programming technology of NC machining from the perspective of macro programming technology. The purpose is to provide some reference for the application of NC machining coding technology.

Near-net-shape components are popular among the aerospace industry for low material waste and high manufacturing efficiency. However, it is difficult to machine such components into final shapes because the machining allowance is often distributed unevenly and even insufficient. This paper proposed a novel system for adaptive machining near-net-shape components, which integrates units like on-machine measurement based on probe and ultrasonic-sensor, machining allowance constrained localization, tolerance range constrained shape reconstruction, and TCP (tool cutter position) template-based NC programming. Firstly, localization and free form deformation (FFD)-based shape construction are performed within the tolerance ranges of the component, and an even distribution of the machining allowance can be obtained. Next, the quick NC programming that directly manipulates the TCPs by using spatial deformation is introduced. Last, the data transmission between units is illustrated. A case study of the machining titanium turbine blade is performed, which validates the proposed system.

A programming to make parts are CNC Programming (Computer Numerical Control Programming) for machines. An NC program consists of a sequence of instructions that control the motion and automatic sequences of an NC Machine to perform a particular processing task. In a general sense, the term NC programming refers to the creation of control data for machining workpieces on NC and CNC machines. NC programming has a decisive influence on the cost-effectiveness and profitability of NC manufacturing. The selection of a programming system is mostly guided by the need for software that is suitable for the application at hand, readily available, and as universally applicable as possible.
