Skala i skutki alienacji młodych Polaków na rynku mieszkaniowym

As statistics show, few people can afford to buy an apartment. Many people cannot even afford to rent. On the other hand, the overcrowding rate and the number of adults living permanently with their parents in Poland are among the highest in Europe. Outstanding architects and sociologists have been dealing with housing problems for many years. In many countries, research is conducted showing the importance and essence of the problem, not only in the economic context but also in the psychological, health, and social context that influences the behavior and attitudes of future generations. Access to housing is not only a question of ensuring safety, stability, and shelter; it also affects social relations that constitute the basis of the existence of the individuals and the families. Own house is a collection of meanings, codes, and symbols. It is a product of multi-faceted and multi-generational, interdependent values. Failure to understand these issues eliminates all forms of striving for sustainable development. This article aims to discuss the existing housing problem from diversified perspectives, with particular emphasis on the analysis of the current housing situation among adult Poles. The author will present the topic in some analogy to the condition of the 19th century alienated worker. Based on the conducted research, predictions about the intergenerational effects of the situation disrupting the city's sustainable development in its economic and social layer, having a significant impact on future generations, will also be formulated. Next, the author of the paper presents the results of research conducted from July to October 2020. The study was a part of expert analysis concerning an alternative mortgage lending model for residential purposes, commissioned by the Warsaw Banking Institute Foundation.

MAIN ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE MARKET OF AVIATION SERVICES OF UKRAINE

The main aspects of the market of aviation services of Ukraine considered in the article. An assessment of the characteristics of the service. The factors influencing the components of the cost of services substantiated. The interdependence of value and value of services taking into account risks revealed. The purpose of the study is to assess the characteristics of air services and identify the interdependence of value and value of air services, taking into account the risks that will ensure future growth in traffic, which will positively affect the quality of service, financial stability of enterprises, and at the same time. The study of literature sources and approaches to solving the problem showed that given the significant changes in the market of transport airlines, determining the components of the cost of the service requires further study and research. The research in the article carried out in the following logical sequence: the interdependence of the value and cost of air services revealed, taking into account the risks of civil aviation enterprisesю. The substantiation of the economic model of the cost of the service provided by the enterprises of the aviation industry carried out, taking into account the specifics of the activity and the influence of factors. The methodological tools of the study were: the method of questionnaires, the method of expert assessments, systematic analysis and statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns, the study period selected years from 2017 to 2019. The object of study selected aviation services of Ukraine, as the effectiveness of aviation services a decisive factor in ensuring the competitiveness of airlines. The article evaluates the characteristics of services of civil aviation enterprises by harmonizing the value and cost of the service taking into account the risks, which revealed the presence of the following interdependent values and the cost of the service, in particular, components of the cost of service provided by civil aviation enterprises. Cargo characteristics cost of loading and unloading works, fixed costs, variable costs, insurance, tax-on-cargo and profit. The results of the study can be useful for the management structures of airlines involved in the restoration and development of national aviation.

Historical Epistemology – the Trigger of the Reform of the Philosophy of Knowledge

Historical epistemology has to become a basis for reconsideration of a concep­tual framework of the philosophy of knowledge. Such reform was about to happen because this framework meets difficulties, so far as it concerns the un­derstanding of historical processes, including сhanging of that conceptual framework itself. Reform will allow comprehending such concepts anew as “historical reality”, “a historical event”, “the subject of historical knowledge”, “rational reconstruction of historical knowledge”, etc. The principle of histori­cism has to be put in organic connection with the principle of objectivity, and this connection is a necessary basis for understanding “the truth of historical judgments”. Thus “historicism” joins a row the main epistemological concepts and stops being the “additive”, implemented to this row by a researcher’s dis­cretion. All elements of this row are interdependent values. Considered out of this interconditionality, they lose the sense and can turn into anti-values. The objectivity and the validity are historical in the same meaning in what his­toricism there is a necessary condition of objectivity and validity. These values exist only in the course of continuous change of historical knowledge. Such understanding of a backbone kernel of epistemological concepts conducts to a specification of the concept “subject of historical knowledge”, which gains contextual sense, and properly epistemological research is enriched with psy­chological, sociological, and existential characteristics. Their interrelation re­mains under the joint control of the principles of objectivity and historicism. The reform also affects the ontology of historical knowledge. The problem of the historical theory’s ontological bases is put and solved according to the principle of historicism.
