The objective: to study influence of various methods of treatment of autoimmune diseases on genesial function of women. Materials and methods. Was made the analysis of various methods of treatment illness of Greyvsa at 103 women. Besides, the screening assessment of pathology thyroid gland was carried out made at 298 women with sterility (the main group) and at 50 women who have addressed in clinic for selection of a method of contraception (control group). Selection of patients was carried out by the opened method in process of the address of patients with sterility in unit of conservation and restoration of reproductive function. Questioning is carried out at 205 women with sterility. Examination of patients with sterility was conducted according to the standard diagnostic algorithm, including endoscopic methods, and treatment – depending on the established reasons of sterility. Results. The analysis of dependence of reproductive outcomes from the used method of treatment аутоиммунной thyroid gland pathologies has shown that optimum reproductive outcomes are noted after therapy carrying out by radioactive iodine and thyroidectomy, and the least favorable – after thyroidstatical therapies. The data obtained by us testifies to the raised prevalence autoimmune pathologies of thyroid gland at patients with barreness in comparison with fertilytical women with the established risk 2.1 (р <0.001), and also about the expressed communication between autoimmune thyroided and endometriosis as the reason of barreness and close association endocrinological barrenesses and hypothyreosise. High frequency of occurrence euthyreosis craw at women with barreness testifies to necessity of carrying out of individual iodic preventive maintenance to all women with barreness. Conclusion. The received results are necessary for considering by working out of algorithm of diagnostic and treatment-and-prophylactic actions. Key words: autoimmune thyroid gland pathology, treatment methods, reproductive function.

SUMMARY Menopause is an endocrine phenomenon characterized by gradual estrogen decline. This is a stage in a woman's life in which contraception is extremely important as the risks associated with pregnancy and childbirth increase, both maternal issues associated with higher incidence of comorbidities and issues related to fetal abnormalities, mitochondrial abnormalities, or genetic syndromes. On the other hand, there is a growing number of women who have postponed motherhood and need effective contraception, but without prolonging the return to fertility. Long-acting reversible contraceptives (LARCs), low-dose oral hormonal contraceptives and non-oral contraceptives are preferred. The levonorgestrel-releasing intrauterine system is a very good alternative that can maintain endometrial protection after menopause. Definitive methods such as tubal ligation and vasectomy are options for couples that already have their offspring. In this review, we present evidence for contraceptive indication and the effects of hormonal methods on climacteric including options for contraception, control of bleeding during perimenopause and of climacteric symptoms, as well as the transition from such methods to hormone therapy if indicated.

A plateau pika model with spatial cross-diffusion is investigated. By analyzing the corresponding characteristic equations, the local stability of an coexistence steady state is discussed whend21is small enough. However, whend21is large enough, the model shows Turing bifurcation ifB2 -4AC > 0. Furthermore, it is proved that if,R > R0, βK > dand cross-diffusion rates are zero, the positive coexistence steady state is globally asymptotically stable. A nonconstant positive solution bifurcates from the coexistent steady state by the Leray-Schauder degree theory. Numerical simulations are carried out to illustrate the main results.

Population control has become a major problem in many wildlife species. Sterility control through contraception has been proposed as a method for reducing population size. In this paper, the single species with sterility control and feedback controls is considered. Sufficient conditions are obtained for the permanence and extinction of the system. The results show that the feedback controls do not influence the permanence of the species.
