Inventoring have a function to report the budget realization in the municipal region. SIMSEDIA is an application that helps SKPD on Pekalongan city shall administer the inventory. The purpose of this study was to measure the quality of software SIMSEDIA to determine which features are likely to be developed. The measurement method referring to ISO 9126 models and object-oriented metrics. Measuring the quality specified in the aspect of changeability. The research method consists of:(1) Business Process Review, (2) Module Review, (3) Tools Selection, (4) Modul Measurement, and (5) Result. The results of this study will be a barometer of changeability of SIMSEDIA at the Municipal Government in the development of inventory system to be more optimal.   Keywords: coupling, inventory, metrics, module, simsedia

Software measurement helps to quantify the quality and the effectiveness of software to find areas of improvement and to provide information needed to make appropriate decisions. In the recent studies, software metrics are widely used for quality assessment. These metrics are divided into two categories: syntactic and semantic. A literature review shows that syntactic ones are widely discussed and are generally used to measure software internal attributes like complexity. It also shows a lack of studies that focus on measuring external attributes like using internal ones. This chapter presents a thorough analysis of most quality measurement concepts. Moreover, it makes a comparative study of object-oriented syntactic metrics to identify their effectiveness for quality assessment and in which phase of the development process these metrics may be used. As reliability is an external attribute, it cannot be measured directly. In this chapter, the authors discuss how reliability can be measured using its correlation with syntactic metrics.

Software quality is a key for the success in the business of information and technology. Hence, before be marketed, it needs the software quality measurement to fulfill the user requirements.  Some methods of the software quality analysis have been tested in a different perspective, and we have presented the software method in the point of view of users and experts. This study aims to map the method of software quality measurement in any models of quality. Using the method of Systematic Mapping Study, we did a searching and filtering of papers using the inclusion and exclusion criteria. 42 relevant papers have been obtained then. The result of the mapping showed that though the model of ISO SQuaRE has been widely used since the last five years and experienced the dynamics, the researchers in Indonesia still used ISO9126 until the end of 2016.The most commonly used method of the software quality measurement Method is the empirical method, and some researchers have done an AHP and Fuzzy approach in measuring the software quality.
