Medium access control (MAC) protocol design plays a crucial role to increase the performance of wireless communications and networks. The channel access mechanism is provided by MAC layer to share the medium by multiple stations. Different types of wireless networks have different design requirements such as throughput, delay, power consumption, fairness, reliability, and network density, therefore, MAC protocol for these networks must satisfy their requirements. In this work, we proposed two multiplexing methods for modern wireless networks: Massive multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) and power domain non-orthogonal multiple access (PD-NOMA). The first research method namely Massive MIMO uses a massive number of antenna elements to improve both spectral efficiency and energy efficiency. On the other hand, the second research method (PD-NOMA) allows multiple non-orthogonal signals to share the same orthogonal resources by allocating different power level for each station. PD-NOMA has a better spectral efficiency over the orthogonal multiple access methods. A review of previous works regarding the MAC design for different wireless networks is classified based on different categories. The main contribution of this research work is to show the importance of the MAC design with added optimal functionalities to improve the spectral and energy efficiencies of the wireless networks.

Eid al-Adha is commemorate by moslems every 10thDzulhijjah with by doing the Eid al-Adha prayer then followed by qurban worship for those who are capable. The aim of this study is to identify characteristics qurban animals at mosque in residential area, Bogor city. The number f qurban animals was 314 heads consisting of 95 heads of cattle, 204 heads of sheep and 15 heads of goats. The research method used was by observing the qurban animals at the research site. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the majority of the qurban animals were bali cattle aged ≥ 4 years (33.3%) with a BCS of 4, thin tail sheep aged 2.5-3.0 years (28.9%) with a BCS of 3, Jawarandu goats aged 2.5-3.0 years (37.8%) with a BCS of 4 and the identified qurban animals have met sharia requirements.

This research aims at investigating roughness in asphalt mix, and to address its effects, causes and methods for treating it to provide safe and smooth driving for the drivers and to the roads users in order to reduce accidents, loss of properties and consumption of fuel which reflects on saving financial costs. The research has depended on qualitative research method through reviewing a number of previous studies related to road constructions, since the desired high quality of roads has become priority to the road users and to the environmentalists who seek to reduce air pollution and emission of harmful gases.

This study aims to identify the application of sharia principles that are applied to the BMT Masjid Raya Pondok Indah Jakarta. Nowadays, the problems that develop in the community regarding murabahah contracts, especially those carried out by the BMT, are deviating from sharia principles. This study uses an exploratory research method, namely by using the interview method to obtain data from the BMT of the Pondok Indah Syariah Raya Mosque, Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that in practice, BMT has implemented a murabahah contract in accordance with sharia principles. However, BMT Masjid Raya Pondok Indah Jakarta Sharia encountered obstacles in applying for other funding sources, due to many doubts and difficulties in practice.

Over time, The number of IKMs which continued to increase and were not accompanied by data collection was what ultimately caused problems. The lack of awareness to register a business that is owned is still one of the causes. In fact, this is very important to do. Seeing the above phenomenon makes us aware of the importance of data collection on IKM, especially those in Jepara District, Jepara Regency. This research method uses a qualitative approaches. The analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and normative analysis. The process of validation and data collection is based on the indocators contained in the querstionnaire. 9 indicators in data collection, namely IKM business actors, Business Permits, Type Of Industry, KBLI, Number Of Workers, Raw Materials, Working Capital, Production Capacity, and Investment. The final result of the activity is a data master document for IKM in Jepara District which is compiled in order to support the smooth implementation of goods / services procurement.

Purpose - This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the role of compensation and job satisfaction in mediating the effect of job stress. Research method - This study uses regression analysis one method to determine the causal relationship between variables with other variables. The sample that meets the feasibility analysis is 60 respondents consisting of private institutions in Yogyakarta. Findings - From the regression test proves that compensation has a significant effect on work stress as well as job satisfaction has a significant effect on work stress. Given that job satisfaction plays an important role so that employees can provide optimal work results so that organizational goals can be achieved. Keywords: compensation, job satisfaction, job stress

This study aims to determine the effect of price, land area and production costs on the income of rice farmers in North Toto Village, Tilongkabila District, Bone Bolango Regency. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. With a total sample of 44 farmers in North Toto Village. This research method uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression model analysis. The results showed that the price had a negative and insignificant effect on the income of rice farmers in North Toto Village. This means that every 1% increase in price can reduce income by 0.237. Land area has a positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in North Toto Village. This means that every 1% increase in land area can increase income by 0.682. Production costs have a negative and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in North Toto Village. This means that every 1% increase can reduce income by -0.254. The coefficient of determination (R Square) is 0.596, this shows that the percentage of rice farmers' income variation which is explained by the variation of the independent variables, namely price, land area and production costs is 59.6% for the remaining 40.4% influenced by other variables.

The speed of internationalization or rapid internationalization is one of the most fascinating and researched topics in international business due to its practical importance for the international competitiveness of international firms. This paper aims to identify the determiners of internationalization speed using a systematic literature review of more than 50 current, peer-reviewed articles as research method. Based on an analysis of the topical evolution of the main internationalization theories, the main determiners of internationalization speed are categorized in environmental framing conditions, business resources, and business activities. To advance research about the determiners of internationalization speed, this paper suggests a conceptual framework of three research propositions about the impact of internationalization speed and its variations over time and in different industries and markets using sophisticated research methods to establish causal relationships.

This study aims to discuss the development of feminist interpretation in Indonesia through the existence of Husein Muhammad's thoughts. This research method is qualitative through literature study with the theory of the scientific revolution initiated by Thomas Kuhn through an interpretation approach. The results and discussion of this research include a discussion of Thomas Kuhn's paradigm transition, the dynamics of feminist interpretation in Indonesia, the discourse of feminist interpretation in Indonesia according to Thomas Kuhn's paradigm transition theory, and Husein Muhammad's feminist interpretation. This study concludes that Thomas Kuhn's paradigm shift is used in interpreting feminist topics in Indonesia, which have undergone a paradigmatic transition at various levels. Tafsir Al-Qur'an Indonesia has undergone a paradigmatic transition in the classical, modern, and contemporary era. One of the commentators whose work was mapped out this time was Husein Muhammad who was in the neo-modern or contemporary era. This research is expected to have significant benefits for fans of the study of the Al-Qur'an and gender. This research only raises issues related to one feminist commentator. Then, this study recommends that in the future a more up-to-date understanding of the role of feminist commentators can be generated through a comprehensive study of western thoughts that refers to the literature on the interpretation of the Al-Qur'an in particular.
