Abstract Field S located in offshore Malaysia had been producing for more than 30 years with nearly 90% of current active strings dependent on gas lift assistance. Subsurface challenges encountered in this matured field such as management of increasing water-cut, sand production, and depleting reservoir pressure are one of key factors that drive the asset team to continuously monitor the performance of gaslifted wells to ensure better control of production thereby meeting target deliverability of the field. Hence, Gas Lift Optimization (GLOP) campaign was embarked in Field S to accelerate short term production with integration of Gas Lift Management Modules in Integrated Operations (IO). A workflow was created to navigate asset team in this campaign from performing gaslift health check, diagnostic and troubleshooting to data and model validation until execution prior to identification of GLOP candidates with facilitation from digital workflows. Digital Fields and Integrated Operations (IO) developed in Field S provided an efficient collaborative working environment to monitor field performance real time and optimize production continuously. Digital Fields comprises of multiple engineering workflows developed and operationalized to act as enablers for the asset team to quickly identify the low-hanging fruit opportunities. This paper will focus on entire cycle process of digital workflows with engineer's intervention in data hygiene and model validation, the challenges to implement GLOP, and results from the campaign in Field S.

Co-working is a working style that involves creative activities in a collaborative working environment and allows anyone to work, share, socialize, and discuss even if they are not in the same organization or company. The existence of co-working spaces in Pontianak City is arguably still rare, the facilities and atmosphere presented are not like co-working spaces in big cities in Indonesia and abroad. Apart from accommodating start-ups, co-working spaces in Pontianak City also need to accommodate communities in fields related to co-working space users. The provision of galleries can be a place to bring the work of users and the community to life as well as to support collaboration. The application of the concept of space that can stimulate unser behavior is expected to solve common workiplace problems.Recently, the 'creative industry' has been talked about and echoed a lot. There are four very potential subsectors, namely visual communication design, music, video animation, and architecture, most of which are young people. Today's young people tend to want to work according to their wishes without any pressure from anyone. Freelancers and young entrepreneurs are part of creative industry players who are just starting / pioneering their careers and most of them are young people.

AbstractThis article by Karen Waldron describes the experiences of LexisNexis in implementing Agile as a framework in product development and across the organisation. It discusses the principles of Agile, the aims of LexisNexis of greater collaboration, quicker delivery of value to customers and continuous improvement, the main activities introduced, and the benefits experienced at LexisNexis as a result. It also discusses the applicability of Agile as a framework outside of software development, as the goals are common to most organisations, and sets out the view that incorporating simple agile activities into current working practices can have incremental and short term benefit for most teams.

A Multifactory is a collaborative working environment, which helps its members to grow as entrepreneurs and to innovate as there is a constant exchange between members, and they share experiences and knowledge. A Multifactory is a self-regulated system, where few norms rule relationships between entrepreneurs and innovation comes from everyday interaction between members, which are independent under any aspect, but on occasion can act as if they were parts of a single huge company. Multifactories proved to be places that help a new generation of entrepreneurs to grow, as they count on immaterial assets and shared resources to develop their companies.
