Banking and Financial Institutions are the strength of any countries economy and which plays an important role to the progress to the country. With an increase in the prerequisite of banking systems in the trade and industry development progression, the major challenge that the Bank and the Financial Institutions are facing an increase in Non-Performing Assets. The Central Bank of India (RBI) instructed all the banks to stringent the loan process to avoid the increase in NPA, which is still peaking high every year. According to the credit rating agency CRISIL, the gross NPA (GNPA) has touched almost Rs. 8,06,412 crore as on 31.3.2019 (provisional data). As per RBI provisional data on comprehensive procedures, as on 31.3.2019, the cumulative amount of unrefined NPAs of PSBs and Scheduled Commercial Banks (SCBs) were Rs. 8,06,412 crore and Rs. 9,49,279 crore correspondingly. Numerous wise accounting norms with a focus to NPA have been introduced by the RBI to diminish the Non-Performing Assets. Consequently, to progress the financial health of a banking system Non-Performing Assets management has become an important assignment of the bank. Over the last five years, Government has engaged wide-ranging phases under its 4R’s approach of recognizing NPAs evidently, undertaking and improving value from strained books, recapitalizing PSBs, and transformations in banks and financial system to guarantee a liable besides spot less structure.

SummaryChronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) is syndrome of unremitting fatigue of at least 6 months' duration that causes significant disability. Exercise therapy has a proven track record in medicine and could be effective for some patients with CFS. An updated Cochrane review of eight studies appeared to suggest that exercise helps fatigue symptoms, but with only a small probability of recovery and/or improvement in daily function. Provisional data on acceptability suggest that most patients are willing to participate. However, one key study (PACE), which was well powered and influential in the Cochrane review, has been met with considerable controversy owing to lack of clarity on outcomes. Following release of the PACE study primary data, re-analysis suggested smaller effect sizes than initially reported.

The purpose of this study was to identify ideas for an enhanced dissemination of the US National Notifiable Diseases Surveillance System (NNDSS) provisional data. The author conducted a search of all US State Health Department websites looking for on-line data display tables and tools for either reportable or notifiable diseases. In addition, the scope of the search of websites was expanded to include notifiable diseases of several countries, organizations and institutions. As a result of this study the author proposes enhancement of the current US notifiable disease data display from a static format to a more interactive dashboard design.

Chromosome 6q22–27 harbors risk genes for kidney disease. We evaluated 1,434 individuals with glomerulonephritis (cases) and 603 unaffected individuals (controls) for RAET1 genes at 6q22–27 using samples from the Medical Research Council/Kidney Research UK Glomerulonephritis DNA bank in a 2-stage approach. Top ranked single nucleotide polymorphisms were also geno-typed in kidney transplant recipients (n=571) and their respective donors (n=520) as controls to evaluate association with end-stage renal disease (ESRD). Provisional data suggested that rs9397070 in the RAET1G gene was associated with susceptibility to glomerulonephritis [Odds ratio (OR) 1.24, 95%; confidence interval (CI): 1.01–1.54, P=0.04] and further supported by additional genotyping (OR 1.22, 95% CI: 1.03–1.42, P=0.02). Genotyping the renal transplant population did not identify any significant association with ESRD. The RAET1 gene family contains candidate genes for kidney disease; however, common RAET1 gene polymorphisms are not identified as strong genetic risk factors for glomerulonephritis in these white populations.
