A Medical records are files containing notes and documents regarding the patient's identity, examination, treatment, actions and other services that have been provided to patients. So that a medical file is strictly protected so that it is not damaged or lost.Based on observations, it was found that there were several files of medical records that were interchanged or not in the normal filling rack. Medical record files can be exchanged due to the large number of regional shelf columns so that alternatives and innovations are needed to increase the accuracy of returning and retrieving medical record files correctly.Troubleshooting efforts are being made, namely by providing a regional color code in the medical record file folder so that errors in taking and returning medical record files can be minimized.Based on the results of observations made by the author, it was found that there was an effect before and after color coding the region in the medical record file folder.

ada kelurahan Sukasari Kota Tangerang selama ini mempunyai sistem informasi yang masih sederhana dan kurang efektif yaitu masih menggunakan Ms.Word/Ms.Excel. Sistem tersebut tentu saja tidak efektif karena mempunyai banyak kelemahan salah satunya yaitu harus mencari file surat dalam beberapa folder tertentu, dan juga sering terjadi kehilangan file/folder surat serta penumpukan berkas-berkas, dan mengakibatkan lamanya proses dalam pencarian maupun pembuatan surat pengantar serta laporan yang dibutuhkan. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang dapat mengurangi kelemahan tersebut. Metode analisa yang digunakan oleh penulis disini yaitu menggunakan analisa SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), untuk metode perancangan modelnya menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language).. Dengan demikian akan menghasilkan sistem informasi surat yang dapat bermanfaat bagi Kelurahan Sukasari baiksebagai pengetahuan maupun sebagai dasar untuk mengambil suatu langkah kebijaksanaan. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Surat Pengantar, Ms.Excel, Laporan, SDLC, HTML

Purpose This paper aims to put I-9 audit and its compliance into perspective for employers. The paper explains what an I-9 audit is, what it means for employers, who is responsible for maintaining its forms, types of businesses most targeted for I-9 audits, what happens when notified that one is being audited, what type and how much penalties does a business incur if it fails to comply, the difference between technical and substantive violations, factors that Immigration and Customs Enforcement considers for determining penalty amounts against employers, what businesses should do if targeted with I-9 audit, business owners’ I-9 audit rights and how to proactively avoid being targeted by an I-9 audit. Design/methodology/approach The content of this paper was generated through practical experience, interaction with corporate entities and HR staff members, as well as industry knowledge and observations. Findings Every audit is different. It should be expected that all details be examined closely. In the recent case of a business subjected to an I-9 audit, auditors closely examined details of sections 1 and 2 of the I-9 forms for all new hires but did not examine section 3 for re-hires. This reinforces the importance of employers keeping careful track of records for all new hires. All employee I-9 forms should be filed together in a binder or file folder separately from employees’ HR file. While re-hires were not examined, this is no excuse for not properly re-verifying and tracking this information. Originality/value This paper was developed because of the interactions with companies that are facing the issue of I-9 audits. The author developed his responses to help HR leaders and managers better understand and address the challenges as well as the process associated with I-9 audits.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat situs e-learning dengan Moodle versi 3.1. dan mengkaji hasil penggunaannya sebagai media pembelajaran pada Program Studi Pendidikan Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) untuk menghasilkan sebuah situs e-learning. Dosen dan mahasiswa mendaftar pada situs e-learning dilakukan secara mandiri dengan e-mail. Pengguna yang berhasil mendaftar pada situs e-learning akan mendapatkan peran authentical user (pengguna terdaftar). Authentical user dapat mengikuti sebuah mata kuliah dengan cara mendaftar menggunakan sandi mata kuliah. Administrator memberikan peran Manager kepada akun dosen agar ia dapat mandiri dalam membuat dan mendaftarkan dirinya sebagai pengajar pada sebuah halaman mata kuliah. Fitur-fitur untuk menyajikan bahan ajar terdiri dari format buku, halaman tunggal, file, folder, dan URL. Aktivitas pembelajaran yang tersedia adalah forum diskusi, penugasan online, ujian online, feedback, dan kuesioner online. Rata-rata skor ahli media menyatakan bahwa kualitas e-learning berada pada kategori baik dan para pengguna percaya bahwa e-larning efektif digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran. Produk yang dikembangkan telah memenuhi saran ahli media dan para pengguna e-learning.

Method: This research uses research and development design to produce an e-learning website. Result: The registration method on the e-learning site is email-based self-registration. Users who successfully register on the e-learning site will get the authentical user role. Authentical users can register on a course by using a course password. The administrator assigns the Manager role for the lecturer's account so that they can creat and enroll himself as a teacher on a course page. Every teacher has obligation to present matter with single page, or file, or folder, or URL. Teacher can add learning activities menggunakan forums, online assignments, online exams, feedbacks, and online questionnaires. The average score of media experts states that the quality of e-learning is in good category and e-learning users welcome the use of e-larning as a medium of learning and assessment. Conclusion: The products developed have met the advice of media experts and e-learning users.

Contextualized language intervention (CLI) is a treatment approach that seeks to target multiple language skills in the context of meaningful, functional, and curriculum-based activities. For school-age children, literature-based language intervention is a type of CLI that can simultaneously target a variety of semantic, syntactic, and pragmatic language skills, while also supporting the core curriculum. This tutorial demonstrates how to design lapbooks (collections of mini-books, pockets, and foldables laid out in a standard file folder) to organize and creatively display the language learning activities completed for each literature unit.
