The recruitment process still utilizes conventional principles in data processing so as to allow changes in the numbers or values of each candidate and of course there are parties who are disadvantaged, in the data processing process it takes a long time. Another finding is the accumulation of files because the administrative requirements require documents from the registering candidates. Data obtained from BKD (Regional Civil Service Agency) Karo Regency. The criteria based on the Karo Regency Regional Regulation are Competency Test, Written Idea Test, Oral Idea Test, Track Record. Decision Support Using the SAW (Simple Addictive Weighting) Method. The application is developed based on web using PHP and Mysql. The biggest values are in V1 and V3 so that the alternatives V1 and V3 are the alternatives recommended by the system with the same value, namely 1.Keywords:

Massive molecular testing for SARS-CoV-2 diagnosis is mandatory to manage the spread of COVID-19. Diagnostic screening should be performed at a mass scale, extended to the asymptomatic population, and repeated over time. An accurate diagnostic pipeline for SARS-CoV-2 that could massively increase the laboratory efficiency, while being sustainable in terms of time and costs, should be based on a pooling strategy. In the past few months, researchers from different disciplines had this same idea: test groups, not individuals. This critical review intends to highlight both the general consents—even if the results from different publications have been obtained with different protocols—and the points of disagreement that are creating some interpretative/comprehension difficulties. Different pooling schemes and technical aspects associated to the type of pooling adopted are described and discussed. We hope that this review can consolidate information to support researchers in designing optimized COVID-19 testing protocols based on pooling.

The Inventory Déjà Vu Experiences Assessment (IDEA) is the only screening instrument proposed to evaluate Déjà vu (DV) experience. Here we intended to validate the Italian version of IDEA (I-IDEA) and at the same time to investigate the incidence and subjective qualities of DV phenomenon in Italian healthy adult individuals on basis of an Italian multicentre observational study. In this study we report normative data on the I-IDEA, collected on a sample of 542 Italian healthy subjects aging between 18 to 70 years (average age 40, range 18-70) with a formal educational from 1-19 years. From September 2013 to March 2016 were recruited 542 healthy volunteers from ten outpatient neurological clinics in ItalyAll participants (i.e family members of neurological patients enrolled, medicine’s student, physicians) had no neurological or psychiatric illness and they gave informed consent to participate in the study. All subjects enrolled had self-administered the questionnaire and they are able to complete I-IDEA test without any support. In total 396 (73%) of the 542 healthy controls had DV phenomenon. The frequency of DV was inversely related to age as well as to derealisation, jamais vu, precognitive dreams, depersonalization, paranormal activity, remembering dreams, travel frequency and daydreams (all P<0.012). The Italian version of IDEA maintains good properties in Italian version, thus confirming that this instrument is reliable for detecting and characterising the DV phenomenon.

This study investigated the effectiveness of instruction in story mapping as a means to promote first-grade students' comprehension of central story elements in children's literature. Participants were 74 children in four first-grade classrooms, which were randomly assigned to one of four groups: (a) a Story Mapping 1 (SM1) group, in which students were taught to construct story maps for unadapted, unabridged children's stories they had read; (b) a Story Mapping 2 (SM2) group, which involved the same instruction as SM1 but included using story maps to compose stories; (c) a Directed Reading-Thinking Activity (DRTA) comparison strategy group, in which students read the same stories according to a predict-verify procedure; or (d) a directed reading activity (DRA) instructed control group, in which students engaged in a noninteractive, guided reading of stories. Quantitative analyses were conducted on five whole-sample dependent measures: an important idea test on a parsed story, a wh-question test of central story elements, a summary selection task, an important story element recognition test, and a delayed wh-question test. Results revealed that (a) some form of active comprehension instruction (SM1, SM2, or DRTA) was superior to the control-group DRA on most measures, (b) story mapping (SM1 and SM2) students consistently outperformed DRA controls, (c) story mapping was superior to DRTA on some measures but not on others, and (d) SM1 and SM2 groups did not differ on any measure. Qualitative data from student interviews generally supported these findings. It was concluded that instruction in story mapping is an effective instructional strategy for promoting first-grade students' ability to identify central narrative elements in authentic children's literature.
