ABSTRACT The spraying process is a condition where workers are very likely to be exposed to toxic chemicals contained in pesticides. Problems encountered in the field, workers do not spray with the correct method and do not use a complete PPE. The danger that can occur when spraying is a disturbance in the enzyme Cholinesterase (CHE) in the blood. CHE is an enzyme that is in the body's tissues has a role to keep nerve cells, muscles and glands working properly. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors related to CHE levels in spraying workers. The research design used analytical research with cross sectional approach. The population was 30 spraying workers. The sampling technique used a total population of 30 people. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis tested by Fisher Exact Test statistical test. Data obtained by questionnaire and examination of CHE levels through blood samples. The results with bivariate analysis revealed p-value of each variable, namely age .143>.05, gender 1,000>.05, education level .374>.05, years of service .071>.05, duration of exposure .02<.05, spraying method 0,000<.05, the last spraying time was .210>.05 and PPE .001 <.05. The conclusion shows that there is a relationship between the length of exposure to pesticides, how to spray and PPE with CHE levels. In 2018 a work accident was discovered in Container Terminal which resulted in permanent disability and a financial loss. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Risk Management in this company. This research is a qualitative research with case study research type. Data collection was done by purposive sampling. The results found that the weakness of the risk management process occurs at several stages. The company has not conducted an evaluation of the risks to determine the level of risk that cannot be tolerated. This has an impact on risk control being not focused on risks that cannot be tolerated. In addition, the risk control process carried out at container loading and unloading services only focused on improving equipment and providing PPE. Parties related to OHS have not considered management improvement which should be the main thing in improving OHS. The integration of the communication and consultation process as well as the monitoring and review in stages of determining the context, hazard identification, risk assessment and risk control were also the weaknesses in the risk management process in this company.

Increasing population growth in Indonesia is a major problem facing the government. In addition, the weakening of the family planning program is not sufficient to solve the problem of population growth in Indonesia, so that the family planning program is established by the government whose goal is to form a healthy and prosperous family. The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of the family planning program in Percut Sei Tuan. This study uses a qualitative research method using a case study approach. Determination of informants using purposive sampling technique means that researchers select informants who are considered to know (key informants) in this study. The data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the Grindle theory which consists of several elements, including the interests of the target group, the types of benefits that can be obtained, the degree of change to be achieved, the location of decision making, program implementers, and resources that the implementation of the family planning program in Percut Sei Tuan has not fulfilled the six variables in this theory, such as there are still couples of childbearing age who do not want to participate in the implementation of the family planning program because they still believe that many children have a lot of sustenance, and are still afraid of disabilities when participating in the family planning program.
