The purpose of this paper is to examine and analyze the performance of Nepalese commercial banks through cash flow ratios. Descriptive as well as analytical research design has been used. All the government owned commercial banks has been taken as the sample of the study using judgmental technique. Sufficiency and efficiency ratios has been used for evaluating the performance of the concerned commercial banks. Data have been collected through the annual reports of respective banks covering for the financial year 2017/2018 to 2019/2020. All the banks are efficient to generate operating cash flow from sales and continued activities. However the cash generation from continued activities and asset utilization revealed sound in NBL and RBB than ADB in 2019/2020. Cash flow sufficiency revealed similar trends in all banks.

Acute respiratory infection (ARI) is a respiratory infection that affect both upper or lower respiratory tracts.  The virus or bacteria causes ARI which lasts for 14 days. Indonesia had the highest mortality rate for ARI, in 2008 around 36.4% children infected; in 2009 around 32.1%; in 2010 around 18.2%; and in 2011 around 38.8%. The prevalence of ARI in Siwalima Health Center around 3240 children in 2020. Breastfeeding has huge benefit for both moms and babies. The prevalence of breastfeeding in Indonesia is 66.1%, but there are two provinces, West Papua (34%) and Maluku (37.2%) that have not reach the target yet. The purpose of this study is to find out if there is a correlation between Exclusive breastfeeding with history of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in children in November 2021 in Siwalima Village, Aru Island, Maluku. This study uses observational analytical research methods, and cross- sectional design. The subject of this study are children age 0 - 24 months and lived in Siwalima Village. The sample of this study is using total sampling technic and there are 186 respondents. Questioners with yes or no answer are using in this study. The result of Spearman test showed that there was a correlation between Exclusive breastfeeding with history of Acute Respiratory Infection (ARI) in children in November 2021 in Siwalima Village, Aru Island, Maluku with a p value 0.01 < a = 0.000. There are 84 respondent (45.2%) had ARI and 102 respondent (34.8%) didn’t, also 91 respondents (48.9%) didn’t receive exclusive breastfeeding and 95 respondent receive exclusive breastfeeding. With this study, it is hoped that exclusive breastfeeding can be increased, especially for children aged 0 – 6 months in order to prevent infection.

Syncretism from the past until now is still a topic of discussion in a study. At first syncretism existed only in the fields of religion and philosophy, but now it is developing in the educational aspect. This can be seen in educational institutions in Papua, especially the Papuan Islamic Education Foundation. This study uses qualitative analytical research with a historical approach. The results of this study indicate that Yapis Papua was founded on the initiation of community organizations and Islamic leaders who are in the NU and Muhammadiyah community organizations. The two organizations and Islamic leaders together building the Papuan community through education by establishing the Yapis Papua educational institution and now there are 193 schools and 5 universities in Papua. This collaboration occurs because the existing Islamic schools have not been recognized because they are only local and partial so they do not have a parent foundation throughout the land of Papua.

Safety at work is a series of safety related to machines, work tools, materials and work processes, workplace and environment as well as working methods. Jambi Province is an area that has extensive plantation land, especially for oil palm plantations, based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics at Provinceof Jambi in 2018. PT. X was experienced the highest incidence of work accidents in the 2017-2019 range in Jambi Province. This study aims to analyze the risks and determinants of workplace accidents at the palm oil mill at PT. X as an effort to prevent work accidents. This research is analytical research. The population of this study were all workers in the production division of PT. X as many as 96 people consisting of two work shifts and were also used as samples in this study. The data will be analyzed to see the relationship between variables using the Chi-Square test with (α = 0.05). There is a relationship between the availability of personal protective equipment (PPE), environmental factors and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) with the incidence of work accidents in the production division workers of PT. X while working period, attitude, training and equipment safety are not related in this study.

Mental disorders are considered as incurable diseases and are related to sin or crime, so that sometimes the treatment is brutal and inhumane. Wrong perceptions or myths related to mental disorders (schizophrenia) still exist in Indonesia; some cultural societies always link the cause of mental disorders caused by the occult. This perception causes them to come to health or mental health services if the mental disorder they experience is severe or even disturbs others. This study aims to determine the perception of families with family attitudes about mental disorders in family members that experience mental disorders in the mental hospital. Analytical research with cross sectional approach. Using 67 respondents with consecutive sampling probability sampling technique. Spearman rank's analysis results obtained p (0.00) <0.05 (0.000) with a correlation coefficient of 0.752, which shows the closeness of the relationship between the variable perception with attitude is strong. The conclusion of the study, there is a relationship between the perception of families with family attitudes about mental disorders in family members that experience mental disorders in the mental hospital.

Introduction. In the medium voltage power grid of 6–35 kV, there is a problem of protecting voltage instrument transformers. This is due to the insufficiently effective level of their protection with fuses. Recently, there have been more and more reports of accidents associated with the failure of voltage instrument transformers not only in Ukraine, but also abroad. The issue of conducting an analytical study of the problem of protection of medium voltage instrument transformers by fuses is relevant. Goal. Investigation of designs and characteristics of fuses for medium voltage instrument transformers to improve the efficiency of their protection. Results. The article shows that protection of medium voltage instrument transformers with epoxy insulation is often provided by fuses, in which the nominal current of the fuse-link is significantly higher than the maximum permissible long-term current of the primary winding of the instrument transformer. A comparative analysis of the current values of the primary winding of medium voltage instrument transformers with the values of the rated currents of the fuse-links of fuses of various manufacturers presented on the Ukrainian market is carried out. The design features and technical characteristics of fuses for medium voltage instrument transformers have been investigated in order to increase the efficiency of their protection. The advantages and disadvantages of the designs of fuses from various manufacturers have been investigated and it has been established that the design of fuses requires further improvement in order to increase the efficiency of protection of medium voltage instrument transformers. Discussion and prospects for further development. Since in Ukraine, the need for fuses to protect medium voltage instrument transformers is provided mainly by supplies abroad, a promising direction for further development in this direction is the creation of a domestic competitive design of a fuse and its introduction into production.
