Wireless Fidelity (Wifi) merupakan salah satu bentuk perkembangan dari teknologi koneksi tanpa kabel dengan menggunakan gelombang radio. Penggunaan Wifi sekarang ini sudah sangat lazim kita jumpai dimana-mana baik itu ruang publik seperti taman sampai ruang privat seperti rumah dan kantor. Salah satu keunggulan menggunakan jaringan Wifi adalah satu titik Hotspot (Wifi) bisa digunakan oleh beberapa perangkat device berbeda. Karena kepraktisan inilah banyak dari masyarakat sekarang yang menggunakan Wifi untuk berkegiatan sehari-hari seperti membaca berita, membuka social media, sampai keperluan pekerjaan dan pendidikan. Namun didapati bahwa  masih banyak masyarakat yang belum bisa menikmati fasilitas Wifi ini dikarenakan setiap pemasangan titik Hotspot (Wifi) diperlukan biaya yang tidak murah dan setiap bulannya memerlukan biaya berlangganan. Untuk hal tersebut, perancangan program pengajuan wifi publik kota Depok dibuat dengan tujuan agar mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengajukan pemasangan Wifi karena bisa dilakukan secara online serta dengan tujuan lainnya yaitu agar masyarakat khususnya kota Depok dapat mengetahui mengenai informasi terkait lokasi yang sudah tersedia Wifi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan metode waterfall  dengan model pengembangan SDLC. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, survey dan observasi. Alat Bantu analisis menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram  dan Logical Record Structure (LRS). Diharapkan dengan adanya aplikasi ini masyarakat khususnya warga Depok dapat dengan mudah mendapatkan pelayanan Wifi gratis antara lain untuk tempat-tempat seperti taman, balai warga, posyandu, tempat ibadah, kantor Rukun Warga, dan lain-lainnya dengan cara pemasangan wifi gratis pada area-area tersebut.

Abstract In the activities of Computer subjects especially the material "Computer Hardware and Software" subject teachers are less than optimal in utilizing and empowering learning resources. Students are less able to develop themselves and tend to be forced to memorize or remember the material presented. The ability of students who are still low in identifying the types and functions of computer hardware, the habit of playing games after school, so that learning outcomes in computer subjects the material "Knowing Computer Hardware and Software" has not been satisfactory. The system development method uses the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method and the system design uses UML. The implementation of this system uses Construct 2, as well as system testing using the Black Box. The results achieved are Android-based Educational Game applications to facilitate students in understanding the learning process at school. Keywords  Game, System Development Life Cycle, UML.

The information system at Kampung Sawah Community Health Center has several features such as patient registration, patient medical records, patient services, queues, and medical reports. Aim of this information system development is to facilitate the performance of administrators and doctors of Kampung Sawah Community Health Center in terms of searching patients’ data, storing the patient data, adding and storing the medical records, making the reports, and speeding up the data entry and identity data of the patients through fingerprint feature. This system facilitated the officials and doctors to process anywhere and the patient data was safe from physical disturbances because this system was connected to the internet.This medical record information system was built through PHP programming language supported by MySQL database. The design of this system involved the data flow diagrams. The result of this system was that the web-based information system for medical record had successfully been created and used by Kampung Sawah Community Health Center.Keywords: Information Systems, Medical Record, Web, Fingerprint

This research used the success model of information system from Delone and Mc. Lean which has been modified based on the need and the situation at STKIP Muhammadiyah Pringsewu. The respondents were the first year students in the academic year 2012-2013 and the operators of SIAKAD. The number of the respondents were 196 students and 10 operators. The process of validity and reliability and the hyphotesa used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Which is analysed using Amos 20 software.The result of this research showed that from 5 hyphotesis which have been formulated, four of them were received. These hypothesis are the following : the quality of information influence the satisfying of the user ; the quality of the system influence the satisfying of the user; the trust influence the satisfying of the user; and the satisfying of the user influence the benefits of the SIAKAD. On the other hard, the quality of the service doesn’t has significant influence to the satisfying of the SIAKAD user. The success factors, which were resulted in this research, will be used as the suggestion and recomendation in the next SIAKAD development so that the sevice quality of SIAKAD to the students will increase. Keywords: Information Systems Success, DeLone and McLean Model, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS).
