Hospital Information System (HIS) is a form of healthcare information system that is globalized and applied in the medical sector. Researchers, doctors, and management are all interested in the rate of success of HISs; therefore it's a continuous study topic. At this research, we created a new tool to assess the success rate of HIS in a medical center based on the perspectives of users. The research was place in Ebnesina and Mashhad, Persia, at the Dr. Hejazi Mental Center and Educational Facility. A self-administered standardized questionnaire based on Information Systems Success Model (ISSM) was used to gather data, and it included seven factors: systems quality, data quality, quality of service, system use, applicability, fulfillment, and positive externalities. An advisory group checked the content's legitimacy. Cronbach alpha was used to test the consistency and stability of dimensions. To examine the importance of relationships between variables, Correlation and regression was determined. On the basis of user feedback, the HIS rate of success has been established. The research included a approximately 125 participants. A content validity index (CVI) of 0.8 and a validity ratio (CVR) of 0.86 were used by an advisory committee to verify the item. The instruments have an overall Cronbach's alpha of 0.9. Between the analyzed dimensions, the Pearson’s correlation coefficient revealed substantial positive connections. In the institution under investigation, the HIS rate of success averaged 65 percent. (CI: 64 percent, 67 percent). The greatest success rates were found in the aspects of "effectiveness," "systems quality," and "positive externalities." Future research might employ the tool used in this research to evaluate HIS. In this research, a technique for calculating the HIS rate of success depending on user feedback was established. This strategy enables institutional HIS chances of success to be compared. Our results also highlight the perspectives of HIS clients in a developing economy.

Open universities play an important role in delivering distant learning education to the general public. MOODLE is an open-source programme that enables and maintains the success of open universities. One of the main concerns of teachers when using internet content is the students' interest, particularly when using recorded videos because synchronous interactive instruction is not possible for big groups of students online. In an e-learning system, interactive videos are crucial because they allow learners to interact with learning content while watching the video. The H5P module of MOODLE Learning Management System (LMS), was used to generate an interactive film in this empirical study. The focus of the study was to investigate students’ satisfaction about interactive video content on MOODLE in online learning. It was assessed by using the Delone and Mclean Information Systems Success Model. H5P interactive video content was developed and implemented on MOODLE and satisfaction of students was measured. The findings revealed that the value of video for learning effectiveness is depending on the level of interactivity. Students in the e-learning class with interactive video had much higher levels of satisfaction than students in other settings.

Research into the relationship between education and information systems (IS) success (use, satisfaction, and impact) has produced mixed results. Such results seem counterintuitive, given the many benefits that education brings to the workplace. However, workplace research from Human Resources (HR) has similarly found that education has little direct effect on job performance. Instead, education has indirect effects on job performance through job expertise, which is what drives behavior and job performance. The present research integrated the Delone & McLean IS Success Model with the Job Performance Model, and found similar results: in a survey of 465 professionals working in business analytics (BA), user education level had no direct effect on IS success (BA tool use, satisfaction, and impact). Instead, education level had a positive effect on expertise with the BA tool, which in turn positively affected BA tool use. These results build upon those from HR, and suggest that education has an indirect effect on IS success, rather than a direct effect.

Recently, Knowledge Management Systems (KMS) consider one of the major fields of study in educational institutions, caused by the necessity to identify their knowledge value and success. Hence, based on the updated DeLone and McLean’s Information Systems Success Model (DMISSM), this study set out to assess the success of the Perceived Usefulness of Knowledge Management Systems (PUKMS) in Iraqi universities. To achieve this objective, the quantitative method is selected as the research design. In total, 421 university administration staff members from 13 Iraqi private universities were conducted. This study highlights a number of significant results depending on structural equation modeling which confirms that system, information, and service quality play a fulfilling role in ensuring user satisfaction and the PUKMS.

Introduction. More than 80% of big data projects have failed to meet project sponsors' expectations. This study adopts the technology-organization-environment model to provide a holistic framework to examine the key factors contributing to the success of business analytics projects. Method. The paper develops a survey questionnaire consisting of thirty items on eight constructs, based on previous studies from cognitive-experiential self-efficacy, information technology mindfulness, technology-organization-environment, and information systems success theories. A total of 236 actual users in twenty organizations participated in the study. Analysis. We employed structural equation modelling with partial least squares to test the proposed hypotheses. Results. Our analysis shows that openness to novelty, the rational cognitive thinking style, organizational compatibility, organizational readiness, and data connectivity have a positive effect on the active use of big data analytics systems. Data compatibility does not emerge as a strong antecedent for frequency or duration. The active use of these types of applications is a mediating factor that can significantly improve individual job performance. Our findings provide insights into the user’s relative value, as well as organizational and data factors that can be used to promote big data analytics systems in an organization. Conclusions. Our findings strongly suggest that such an integrative approach can help an organization understand the challenges of promoting big data analytics to use and improve employees' job performance.

We investigated the effects of factors determining people's continuance intentions for using over-the-top (OTT) services. We used the expectation–confirmation model (ECM) and the information systems success model as the basic theoretical framework, and included habit as an extension to the ECM. Data were collected through an online survey of 226 Korean adults aged in their 20s, 30s, and 40s, who were users of Netflix, a representative OTT service. The results show that perceived usefulness was positively related to user satisfaction, and that habit was a major antecedent in increasing continuance intentions. The quality factors from the information systems success model were positively related to user satisfaction, habit, and continuance intention. Our results provide implications for both OTT service providers and users, by exploring factors that influence continuance intention after the adoption of OTT services.

Information systems (IS) are one of the factors that catalyze the success of an organization. Apart from assisting in the delivery process, the system can also affect the nature of its users which in turn will also affect the level of delivery of the organization. Mathematical Communication Theory has stated that in the process of conveying information, there are disturbances that will disrupt the communication process and one of them is psychological disorders. Psychological disorders related to technology, ie technostress are seen as very synonymous and can affect the user’s behavior of the systems. Indirectly, it can also affect the level of productivity and quality of delivery of an organization. Ironically, studies looking at this issue are missing, hence the motivation of this paper to propose technostress factors and investigate its relationship in information system success. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to study the effect of technostress factors and its impact on the system success. This study was conducted using a quantitative approach where questionnaires are used as a medium for data collection. The results of this study prove that the dimension of psychological influence (technostress) introduced as a new dimension has had a significant impact on the information systems success. The most important contribution of this study is the combination of two fields of study, namely the field of information system and the field of psychology in producing a model of information system success that is able to measure the success of an information system more comprehensively.

This study develops a sustainable PropTech service model. Specifically, it analyzes the consumer-oriented and service provider-oriented service elements to build a sustainable ecosystem. This study also conducts a preliminary examination to standardize an efficient service platform reflecting the consumer and service factors. Hence, the study analyzes the service factors of users and derives a reference for the quality-of-service design using the value-based adoption model and the information systems success model, respectively. By integrating these models, we develop a tool to analyze empirically the important elements influencing PropTech users. To this end, we conducted a questionnaire survey among 530 PropTech users from 24 August 2021 to 14 September 2021. The results show that the consumer’s intention to use services is influenced by service practicability in terms of consumer value. The intention to continue using a service is influenced by user satisfaction. The results also highlight the importance of considering all the quality factors when building a user-friendly service platform. These findings have implications in that they show the importance of a sustainable PropTech service platform in resolving information asymmetry, promoting transparent transactions, and enhancing productivity in the real estate industry.

The 2019 Pandemic has forced students to take online classes, increasing their stress levels and negatively impacting their academic performance. This issue urges the development of a mechanism to make online learning more effective in this nerve-racking time. Therefore, the present study has integrated the task technology fit (TTF) model and the DeLone and McLean Model of Information Systems Success (DMISM) to address the stated issue. The data were collected from 330 and 326 students of top-ranked public and private universities of Punjab, respectively. The theoretical framework was analyzed with the help of structural equation modeling (SEM) using Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). The findings indicate that overall quality positively predicts performance through the mediating role of user satisfaction and TTF. The overall quality also positively elevates performance through the mediating role of user satisfaction and actual usage of the system. Moreover, perceived usefulness proved to be a moderator between overall quality and user satisfaction. Finally, the expected practical and theoretical implications have also been discussed.
