Reflective coaching as a formative model mainly aims to evaluate and help teachers develop teaching skills. To understand the context of reflective coaching, one needs to understand the meaning of reflection. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a pre-experimental approach. This research was conducted during the first semester of the 2018-2019 Academic Year. 30 teachers from Al-Ihsan High School Jakarta were joined. It consists of 16 female teachers and 14 male teachers with ages ranging from 22 to 40 years. The study was conducted during the teacher education program training. From this research, it can be seen that reflective coaching, in this context, is considered to play an important role in creating efforts that prioritize collaboration. It is also a viable and potentially reusable monitoring model in both pre-service and in-service contexts.

With rising globalization and labor market saturation, the present downturn in many international economies has emphasized the importance of human capital. Both developed and developing countries place a premium on human resource development in order to boost economic growth through increased time and effort. Human resource development is a critical component in entering the international arena. To do this, businesses must invest the required resources in developing human capital that has a stronger influence on performance. From a variety of critical viewpoints, the influence of this paper evaluation on human capital has a direct effect on company performance. The success of the business is measured in both financial and non-financial parameters. Finally, this article develops an early model of the connection between human capital and business performance.

Although measuring data assets involves assessing, development, tracking and managing a variety of intangible variables, they are progressively essential for business performance. The goal of the analysis is to examine the impact on financial output of intellectual capital and market cap. The writer utilizes research data from a total of 9 firms in the study data for 2016-2019 to be used by non-financial listed companies on the Indonesian stock market; the study process is the analysis of panel data. The findings from this study indicated that VACA, VAIC, Market Capital Value Added (MCVA) and Earnings per Share had a favorable and meaningful effect (ROE). Sustainability reporting, however, has little effect on equity returns (ROE).

Drug cases among teenagers show an increasing number, the cases handled by the courts are varied. This study is to analyze various factors that influence judges to determine the focus of punishment for drug abusers who are underage. This research is a qualitative research with a juridical-normative approach. The data used in the form of secondary data. Data were collected through interviews and literature study, the number of respondents in this study revealed 10 court judges who had handled drug cases committed by minors. From the results of research analysis, what is said that in deciding drug cases is under assessment by various factors, including: political influence, effect of law enforcement, and influence of public opinion and media.
